【摘要】目的：对于胎盘早剥的临床护理措施以及方式进行分析，并对护理体会进行总结。

方法选取2013年9月～2015年8月在我院接受治疗的胎盘早剥产妇59例，将产妇随机分为常规护理组（28例）和优质护理组（31例），观察常规护理和优质护理的效果并比较。

结果优质护理组的剖宫产率为22.6%，低于常规护理组的57.1%，阴道分娩率为77.4%，高于常规护理组的42.9%；同时优质护理组新生儿的结局优于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论将优质护理应用于胎盘早剥产妇中具有满意的效果，对改善妊娠结局以及降低死胎和新生儿死亡、窒息率具有重要作用和意义。

%Objective Clinical nursing measures and methods on patients of placenta abruption are to be studied and then make a summary on its nursing experience.MethodsChose 59 patients of placenta abruption who were received and treated in hospital from September 2013 to August 2015 and separated them into groups at random,28 patients in one group that were given conventional nursing,while 31 patients in another group were given high-quality nursing,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups.Results Patients’ caesarean section rate in high-quality nursing group was 22.6%,which was much lower than 57.1% in conventional nursing group,besides,patients’ vaginal delivery rate in high-quality
group was 77.4%,which was much higher than 42.9% in conventional nursing group,and delivered babies’ health was much more favorable in high-quality group,there was a nursing differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing is of efficacy in treatment of patients with placenta abruption,it exerts a positive role in changing pregnant outcome,reducing childbirth death and new-born suffocation incidence.
