应用文复习汇总
一．通知
1)通知包括：purpose / when / where / who / what / others(sign up/make contact/hope/wish)
2)通知的人称大多数为第三人称。

被动语态和将来时态最为常用。

3）时间表达：
1. 下个星期四下午next Thursday afternoon
2. 2019年3月14日星期五早上10点at 10:00 am on Friday December 14th,2019
3. 5月14日下午2点到4点30分from 2:pm to 4:00 pm on May 15th.
4. 10月的第三个星期on the third week of October
4) 地点表达：
1.在会议室in the meeting room
2.在体育馆in the stadium
3.在报告厅in the lecture hall
4.在校门口at the school gate
5.在操场上on the playground
6.在二楼on the second floor
5) 关于目的的表达：
aim to do / mean to do / be aimed at doing /be intended to do /in order to do/ the purpose/aim of..is to...
示例：
(1) 为了丰富学校生活，你校学生会将举办一次音乐周活动。

时间:十一月第一周地点:学校会议厅

NOTICE
In order to improve the students’ spoken Chinese and encourage them to read more Chinese classics, a Chinese Classics Reciting contest among the students will be held in the school lecture hall from 3 p.m to 5 p.m on 30th May. 三．建议信
亮点句式：
首段（开头）：说明写信的目的
I’m sorry you are having trouble/difficulty in doing sth. Such problems are quite normal,so you don’t have to worry so much. Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful.
很遗憾，你在某问题上遇到麻烦。

这样的问题是很正常的，所以你不必太担心。

也许以下建议是有帮助的。

You have asked me for my advice on how to do sth, and I will try to make some suggestions here.

申请信模板：

六．求助信
求助信是当个人遇到一些自己无法解决的问题或困难时向别人请求帮助的一种书信。

通常包括三部分内容：1.表明写信目的，请求帮助。

2.要清晰陈述请求帮助的具体内容。

3.希望得到帮助。

注意语气委婉真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。

常用短语和句子
1.在做某事方面有困难have difficulty/trouble (in) doing ……
2.面对---问题be faced with ……problems
3.请求帮助ask for/ seek for help
4.帮助某人do sb. a favor / give sb. a hand
5.我写信的目的是请求你帮我……I am writing to request you to help us ……
