双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

【摘要】Objective The bacil us bifidus treatment effect on children patients with diarrhea is to be observed. Methods Choose 86 children patients with diarrhea who are treated in hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to different treatment methods. 43 patients in study group are given conventional treatment combined with bacil us bifidus treatment, while, 43 patients in control group are given conventional treatment only, and then observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results Compared to control group, the treatment efficiency in study group is much higher and the children patients have diarrhea reoccurred less. There is an efficiency difference between two groups and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Bacil us bifidus treatment is quite effective to cure children patients with diarrhea and relieve il ness symptoms, which is suggested to be attached importance.%目的：观察双歧三联活菌片对小儿腹泻的治疗效果。

方法搜集2012年7月～2014年7月我院接收的小儿腹泻86例患儿，按照不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组。

对研究组43例与对照组43例进行相同的常规治疗，并对研究组应用双歧三联活菌片。

观察研究组与对照组的治疗效果，并比较。

结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，
便次有所减少，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著，可有效缓解症状。
