CRITICAL defects: Accepted/rejected criteria based on AQL 0.65.
Are considered as CRITICAL defects likely to cause safety hazards related to the article both regarding
packaging and use, or defects that prevent the use of the end product by the consumer.
A serious aesthetic
defect which could cause damage to the brand image shall also be considered here.
The following defects are considered as CRITICAL (non exhaustive list):

→The presence of glass chips or sharp parts,（玻璃碎片或尖锐物污染）
→Broken mirror or presence of scratches longer than 2mm,（长过2mm的划痕）
→The presence of hair or any other biological element,（头发或其他生物残留）
→Any missing, broken, split or not properly assembled part,（部件确实或错误拼装）→Improper printing or insert,（印刷准确性）
→A mix between two PA references in one single box without proper identification on the box.（在未得到适当的区分标示的情况下两批包装物混装在同一箱中）
■MAJOR defects: Accepted/rejected criteria based on AQL 1.5.
Are considered MAJOR any defect that may limit the functioning of the production lines and/or the end
product functionality, or that can bear an aesthetic defect that could hinder the sale. The following defects are considered as CRITICAL (non exhaustive list):

→An opening system that is obviously too loose or too tight,（打开功能过送或过紧）→A gap between the top and the base, bigger than 0.25mm（顶部与底部之间间隙

→Some improperly fixed, molded or placed elements,（不恰当的固定、塑形）
→Some scratches or imperfections of the surface visible from 40 cm away（距离
40cm情况下可见的一些划痕或缺失）
→Some stains or significant bald spots on the finish (visible from 40 cm away),（距离40cm情况下可见的一些脏点或秃点）
→The presence of particles, dust, soiling or dirt（灰尘、污物、污垢、不明粒子）
→Printing color that does not meet the Triptych’s tolerances（色差不在限度样内）→An incomplete, shifted or coarse printing that would prevent a good visibility（因印刷不良造成的不良的清晰度）
→Some blurry printing visible from 40 cm away.(40cm处可见的一些印刷模糊) ■MINOR defects: Accepted/rejected criteria based on AQL 4.0.
Are considered MINOR any defects that do not reduce the use of the merchandise but that lower the quality,
generally speaking an appearance defect (non-exhaustive list):
产品的质量水平较低但不会影响产品使用的情况下，此类缺陷判定为次要缺
→Slight scratches, surface defects, imperfections that are not visible from a distance below 40cm,（40cm处不可见的的轻微划痕、表面缺陷）
→Removable finger prints（可擦拭的指纹）
→Slight printing error (except for the logo),(除商标外轻微的印刷错误)
→Slight welding traces that are not visible from a distance above 40 cm.（40cm出不可见的轻微拼装问题）
2.3.3.3. Non-Compliant Batch/Removal
A batch is considered non-compliant if the number of non conform PAs found in the sample is higher than
the acceptation limit defined by the sampling plan.
The decision to accept or refuse a PA batch shall be based on the entire batch the sample comes from.
In the event of non-compliance, S+ may refuse a full or partial PA batch upon receipt of the merchandise.
Any non-compliant batch shall be processed.。
