微视频联合情景模拟教学法在留学生传染病学见习课中的应用张砚

【摘要】Objective To discussed the feasibility of micro video scene simulation teaching method in international students infectious diseases clinical practice. Methods 80 medical international students randomly divided into the traditional model and simulation teaching method unite with micro-video groups in clinical practice, by comparing the effect of two kind of teaching method by the final exam results. Results Observation group final grade was (82.3±10.3), the control group was (70.4±11.3). Comparing the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional model, the simulation teaching method unite with micro video can effectively solve the language communication barriers between teachers and students, and can also improve the students ability of combining theory and practice, so as to improve the teaching quality.%目的：探讨应用微视频联合情景模拟教学方法在留学生传染病临床见习
中可行性。

方法将我校80名留学生随机分为以教师讲解为主的传统临床见习教学方法组和采用微视频联合情景模拟教学方法组，以期末考试结果比较两组教学效果。

结果观察组期末成绩为（82.3±10.3）分，对照组为（70.4±11.3）分，两组比较
差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。

结论与传统教学方法相比，微视频联合情景教学
法能有效解决留学生在传染病教学中的语言交流障碍，提高学生理论与实践相结合能力，从而提高教学质量。
