基于工学结合的中职汽修专业学习评价体系的构建
梁玉敏 广州市交通运输职业学育体制下的一种创新型教学模式。随着教育体制的不断完善，工学结合教学的探索 和研究，已经成为中职培养综合素养高和应用能力较强的人才的必然选择。在工学结合教学的背景下，学 生获得的不仅仅是学科专业知识与技能，而且还包括关键能力等，是中职办学的重要特色。因此，必须构 建与之相适应的学习评价体系，才能更好地促进人才培养。本文探讨了中职汽车运用与维修专业，工学结 合学习评价体系构建的必要性以及构建思路，其目的在于对学生的学习情况进行有效评价，促进学生的职 业能力成长，以实现学校与企业、学生与员工的有效对接。

1 工学结合及其学习评价内涵
工学结合教学是在教学课堂中提供尽可 能真实的工作环境，以工作过程系统化理论 为基础，以完成典型工作任务为目标的理论 与实践一体化教学。在教学中，以学生为中心， 教师以组织和指导为主，引导学生制定系统 化工作的学习计划，提供自主学习和实践的 资源，建立系统化评价反馈，提升学生的专 业素养和职业素养。工学结合教学更加注重 学生的个性发展，重视学生的解决问题能力 的发展以及构建良好的团队协作精神。基于 工学结合教学，学生的学习评价呈现多元化， 评价内容和评价方式也得到了极大的改变， 不再局限于对专业知识与技能的提高，更加 注重于学生综合素养的全面提升。
2 工学结合的中职汽修专业学习评价 体系构建的必要性
传统的课堂教学以教师为中心，教师以 讲授为主单向灌输，学生被动接受，教学评 价主要由教师来完成，学习评价内容主要以
检验学生掌握的专业知识与技能为主，对学 生的职业态度、解决问题等关键能力方面的 评价欠缺。评价的形式也比较单一，忽略了 学生的学习过程，并不能准确地体现学生的 学习情况和效果。汽车运用与维修专业课程 采用工学结合，教师与学生的角色发生了转 变，以学生为中心，开发了工作页为教材， 工作页涵盖了学习目标、学习任务描述、学 习准备、计划与实施和评价反馈等内容，课 堂上通过任务探究等教学法，教师组织引导 学生亲身经历完整的工作过程，做到“教、学、 做”一体化。因此必须构建全新的学习评价 体系，用以反馈学习过程和工作质量。教师 应能在评价中发现教学中存在的学习与管理 问题，并及时探索解决途径；学生从学习评 价中更能发现学习的不足之处，并有针对性 地进行优化，使潜在的能力得到充分挖掘。
A b s t r a c t ：The combination of work and study is an innovative teaching mode under the modern vocational education system. With the continuous improvement of the education system, the exploration and research of teaching combined with work and study has become an inevitable choice for secondary vocational schools to cultivate talents with high comprehensive literacy and strong application ability. In the context of combined work and study teaching, students acquire not only subject professional knowledge and skills, but also key abilities, which is an important feature of secondary vocational schools. Therefore, it is necessary to build an appropriate learning evaluation system to better promote the cultivation of talents. This article discusses the necessity of the construction of a learning evaluation system for the combination of engineering and learning in the secondary vocational automobile application and maintenance major and the construction ideas. Its purpose is to effectively evaluate the learning situation of students, promote the growth of students' professional ability, and achieve the realization of the effective docking with schools, enterprises, and students.. ｀
