Language points
1.I was scared at first, but shouting did help.

2. I suggest Water City Restaurant in Water
World. 我推荐水上世界的水城餐馆。
suggest作及物动同,意为―建议;提议‖,其名词形式为suggestion (建议;提议)。
其用法如下:(l) suggest sth.意为―建议/提议某事‖。
He suggested a two-day-long stay in Beijing on the way home.
他建议回家时在北京停留两天。
2) suggest doing sth. 意为―建议/提议做某事‖
My father suggested calling for a doctor at once. 我父亲建议马上请个医生。
(3)suggest-that引导的宾语从句。
此时宾语从句要用虚拟语气,即should + 动词原形,其中should可省略。
The teacher suggested that we (should) speak as much English as possible in class.
老师建议我们在课堂上尽可能多地说英语。

一、宾语从句的概念
在句子中起宾语作用的从句叫做宾语从句。

She asked if these answers were right.
1.特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句
当宾语从句是特殊疑问句时,用疑问词作引导词。
特殊疑问词引导宾语从句时,特殊疑问词不可省略,而且宾语从句要用陈述句语序。
Where will we have a meeting?
我们将在哪儿开会?
— Could you please tell me where we will have a meeting?
您能告诉我我们将在哪儿开会吗?

1. inexpensive 不昂贵的,便宜的
inexpensive形容词,意为―不昂贵的‖,其同义词为cheap,反义词为expensive/dear。
inexpensive是由expensive加上否定前缀in-构成的。

2. convenient 便利的;方便的
convenient形容词,意为―便利的;方便的‖,主语不能是表示人的词,常用于句型
It’s convenient for sb. to do sth.,意为―对于某人来说做某事是方便的‖。
It’s conveni ent for us to start working right now. 我们立刻开始工作是方便的。

……工作人员告诉她去市场大街和中心大街交汇的拐角处。
corner是可数名词,意为―拐角;角落‖。
常构成短语:
