When approaching the hotel where the guests are to stay, I should mention the name of the hotel, its rating, location and any other distinctive features. I ought to introduce views in sight, mention the tourist attractions in the vicinity.

You should explain to the tourist the action you plan to take and tell him when it will be done. If you decide that a manager should handle the complaint, you should first inform him and then arrange a meeting between him and the tourist.。
