今天我要和大家谈一谈关于第一次见客户的一些注意事项,作为一名销售人员,在第一次与客户会面的时候能够做到这几点,是应该能够给客户留下一个良好的第一印象的。

其中包括介绍和握手的细节。

首先是介绍,介绍包括自我介绍和介绍他人两种情况。

a.自我介绍,第一尽量先递名片再介绍,自我介绍时要简单明了,控制在一般在1分钟之内,主要内容包括我是谁、我是什么单位的、我是干什么的、这次来拜访的目的是什么等。

b.介绍别人:重点要注意介绍的先后顺序。

一般来说,要遵循“尊者居后”的原则进行介绍,男先女后(体现对女性的尊重)、轻先老后,低先高后(职务或职称)。

2、握手(最后一个动作):
a.伸手的前后顺序:这和介绍时的顺序正好相反,遵循“尊者居前”的原则,即客户先出手、长者先出手,女性先出手、职位高者先出手。

作为销售人员,一般在客户没有伸手之前,自己不应该主动伸手,以免引起不必要的尴尬。

b.握手的忌讳:一般不能用左手、不能戴墨镜、帽子和手套(金正日主席除外)、与异性握手不能双手去握。

as a sales, we should leave a good first impression to the customers. And we should note the two points below, it includes introduction and shaking hands.
1、Introduce including two cases, one is self-introduction ,the other is introduction of others.
A/Self-introduction, the first thing we should exchange our business cards, keep it is simple and control it in 1 minute, mainly including who I am, which unit I am belonged and your responsibilities and so on.
B/Introduction others: the order of introduction is very important. In general, to follow the "Venerable home after" principle introduced, women after men, (reflected respect for women), old after young, high after low (position or title).
2、the second thing is shaking hands
A:we must pay attention the sequence of handshake. This is opposite order of introduction, follow the "Venerable top," the principle that the customer/elderly/women/in high position shot out first, As a sales, usually before the customer does not reach out, they should not take the initiative , to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.
B:Handshake taboo: general you can’t use your left hand, you can’t wear sunglasses/hats and gloves. Don’t shake hands with the opposite sex to hold hands. That is all.。
