委培生学业分析与解决方案

【摘要】随着我国海运业的不断发展,社会对海运类专业型人才需求不断增长,同时在高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻的形势下,海运专业委培生已成为海运人才培养整体战略布局中的重要一环。

从发展的角度看,委培生对于海运类专科院校未来的发展壮大具有重要的战略意义。

该文着眼于委培生教学实践中体现出的特点和反映出的问题,结合强调抓教学管理的创新思路,对如何进一步发展海运相关专业委培生教育的策略进行了深入研究。

%With the continuous development of Chinas shipping industry, the demand of the society for shipping professional talents is growing. Meanwhile, with the employment situation of college graduates becoming increasingly grim, the jobdirected students who major in ocean shipping have be- come an important part of traifling ocean shipping professionals in the overall strategic layout. From the perspective of development, job- directed students have important strategic significance for the develop- ment and growth of marine colleges in the future. Combining with the innovative ideas of teaching man- agement, the article focuses on the characteristics and some problems reflected in the teaching practice of job- directed students. It also makes a deep study on the strategies of how to further develop job - di- rected students＂ education in marine- related subject.
