红花注射液治疗心绞痛的临床探析

【摘要】目的：分析红花注射液对心绞痛患者的治疗效果。

方法搜集2013年7月～2014年7月我院接收的心绞痛73例患者，按照就诊日期单双号分为观察组
与对照组。

对观察组37例治疗时应用红花注射液，对对照组36例进行常规治疗。

治疗后，观察观察组与对照组的临床效果，并对比。

结果与对照组相比，观察组心绞痛发作次数改善情况较好，治疗有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义
（P<0.05）。

结论红花注射液对心绞痛的治疗效果较好，发作次数明显减少，有
效率较高，值得推广。

%Objective The efficacy of safflower infection treatment of angina is to be analyzed. Methods Choose 73 angina patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to their hospitalization date number(odd number and even number). 37 patients in control group are given safflower infection treatment. While,36 patients in control group are given conventional treatment; and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results Compared to control group,the patients of study group have an improvement in terms of angina attack and what’s more,the treatment efficiency in study group is much higher than control group,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05).
Conclusion Safflower infection is quite efficient in treatment of angina,and in addition,it is conducive to reducing angina attack times with high efficacy,therefore,safflower injection treatment is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
