摘要:PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of unevenness in a machining result even when a fluctuation in a machining state is produced during machining of a work by capturing input data from a sensor as time system data, recognizing it by means of a pattern, and causing a relation between a ideal machining state and a control amount of a feed shaft to form a control rule. CONSTITUTION:Input data from various sensors S is read, and the read input data is accumulated for a specified time width to produce time system data. The produced time system data is inputted to a neutral network to produce a current machining state being an output from a neutral network. In the neutral network, by recog-nizing various time system data by means of a pattern, learning is previously executed until the machining state can be specified. The outputted machining state is applied to a control rule, and a grinding stone feed speed responding to a machining state is decided. The decided grinding stone feed speed is set as a dynamic machining condition at a real time.
