摘要：Provided are an endoscopic system and a medical image processing system with which it is possible to support a user in such a manner as to enable the user to return to an observation place where there is a region of interest that the user has overlooked. A
region of interest in a first observation place OP1 is detected from a medical image 50 captured at a first timing. In the case when a distal end 40a of an endoscope proceeds to a second observation place OP2 from the first observation place OP1 and moves back to the first observation place OP1 once again, a revisit determination unit 47 performs first determination processing for determining, from a medical image 52 acquired at a second timing, whether or not the distal end 40a has returned to the first observation place OP1.
A display control unit 37 performs display control on a monitor 37 using a determination result provided by the revisit determination unit 47.
