五、胯下左、右脚传球
技术要领：
上体直立，两脚左右开立，大于肩宽，足球放在两脚之间，靠在右脚内侧处。 动作开始后，用右脚内侧把球传至左脚内侧，传完球后右脚立刻落地支撑，这时左 脚内侧传球回右脚，传完球后立刻落地支撑。这样，两脚交替在跨下进行传球练习。
六、行进间正向推球
技术要领：
上体直立，身体重心稍稍降低，每次推球时都以前脚掌推球，交换退的姿势类 似高抬腿。

一、概念
简言之就是以脚支配球为主，但也可以使用头、胸部等部位触球。两个 队在同一场地内进行攻守的体育运动项目。
足球运动是全球体育界最具影响力的集体体育运动，被誉为“世界第一运 动”。
二、比赛办法
1.比赛人数每对各11人，最少7人。 2.分为上下半场，各半场45分钟，中场休息15分钟。 3.替补人员名单最多五人，但替换的人数只有三人。 4.比赛期间不停表，直到90分钟完；最多加时5分钟。
