螺纹通止规检验标准

螺纹通、止规的检验标准依据:
1、美国标准
ANSI/ASME B1.2 《统一螺纹量规》标准中:
内螺纹在标准的第4。
2节规定:HI螺纹止规不允许进入3牙。
外螺纹在标准的第5。
2节规定:LO螺纹止规不允许进入3牙。
2、国际标准
ISO1502《普通螺纹量规与检验》标准“总则”规定:内螺纹止规不允许进入2牙,对产品的螺纹小于3牙,止规不允许进入螺纹。
外螺纹止规不允许进入2牙,对产品的螺纹小于3牙,止规不允许进入螺纹。
3、日本标准
JIS B052 《公制普通螺纹量规极限》,第9节“螺纹量规的使用目的与使用方法”中规定:内螺纹止规不允许进入2牙,对产品的螺纹小于3牙,止规不允许进入螺纹。
外螺纹止规不允许进入2牙,对产品的螺纹小于3牙,止规不允许进入螺纹.螺纹通、止规的检验标准依据:。
