2.If the customer and the contractor don’t execute the obligation according to this contract, pay the amountof money, and the other behavior to make the contract can not be continued, the customer or thecontractor should be responsible for breaking the contract, and pay forfeit. The forfeit money will not be more than the amount money of this project.如客户方和合同方中有任何一方没有执行合同的义务，如客户方未支付合同规定的全部款项，如任何一方的行为造成合同无法继续，客户方或合同方应有责任中断该合同，并支付违约金。
违约金规定不超过该项目全部费用。
Article 7条款7This contract is done in duplicate, after both sides’ sign, each hold a share.合同将一式两份，双方签署之后，各方各执一份。
