There be句型，表示什么地方有什么东西。 There be+人或物+ 介词 +名词 (on/in/under/behind)
表示“有”
在什么地方
例如：There is a small ball in the box.
Be动词，有三个，am，is还有are。 “There be”真特别，不留am只留俩， ———————— 那就是is还有are。 要用is还是are，须看其后的名词是单数还是复数。 若是单数或不可数名词用is，否则就用are。

There be有特点，主语放在be后面， 单数主语用is ，复数主语要用are。 变否定很简单，be后要把not添。 变疑问也不难，把be提到there前。
• 规则变化：
可数名词才有复数形式
名词单数变复数，直接加-s占多数； shirt -shirts
s,x,ch,sh,来结尾，直接加上-es；bus – buses; box -boxes 词尾是f或fe，去掉f或fe，再加ves； wife - wives 辅音+y在词尾，把y变i再加-es. baby - babies
以o结尾的名词分两种：
1) +es 有生命的可数名词 Negro hero potato
2) +s 无生命的可数名词

不规则变化，常见的有：
man – men ; woman – women ; foot – feet tooth – teeth ; mouse – mice ; child – children ; fish – fish ; deer – deer ; sheep - sheep
