室内热水供暖系统水力计算
关于室内热水供暖系统水力计算的若干问题新疆建筑设计研究院王绍瑞摘要室内供暖系统的水力计算不仅要保证各并联环路压力损失差额不大于15%,还应满足各支路水力稳定性的要求,这对于散热末端设备设有自动调控装置的系统而言是十分重要的。
完全不管室外管网资用压差条件,随意降低室内系统压力总损失设计值,然后在热力引入口处设置节流装置来消耗掉较多的富余压差的设计方式,既不利于整个管网的水力平衡,也不利于室内系统水力稳定性的保证。
本文就室内系统压力总损失设计值的确定原则和系统水力稳定性的保证提出了一些看法和措施,供同行参考。
关键词压力总损失设计值水力平衡水力稳定性0 引言室内热水供暖系统水力平衡计算的一个重要目的是使各并联环路压力损失差额不大于15%,然而,仅仅达到这一目的,并不能说我们很好地完成了系统水力计算的任务。
当室内供暖系统末端散热设备设有室温自动调控装置时,室温调控装置会随着室温的变化,频繁动作,调节末端散热支路的流量以使室温基本保持恒定。
对这样的室内供暖系统而言,减少室温调控装置动作时的相互干扰,提高系统水力稳定性同样是水力计算工作的重要目的。
当然,尽量减少系统管材的用量,也是设计者在水力计算过程中必须要考虑到的。
室内系统水力平衡度和水力稳定性的提高,都与压力总损失设计值有密切的关联。
室内供暖系统压力总损失设计值越大,越有利于提高散热末端支路压力损失占系统总损失的份额。
散热末端支路压力损失占系统压力总损失份额越大,干管占系统压力总损失份额越小,则容易实现系统水力平衡要求,同时系统水力稳定性提高。
在进行热用户室内供暖系统设计时,应首先了解室外管网提供给热用户的资用压差的大小,室内系统压力总损失设计值应按接近外管网提供的资用压差,尽可能少留富余压差的原则来确定。
当室内供暖系统压力总损失设计值低,留有过多富余压差时,虽然可以在热力引入口处设节流装置消除掉富余压差,但这样的水力计算结果不是最佳的结果,一是降低了室内系统的水力稳定性;二是多用了管材,无论从技术角度还是经济角度来讲都是不合理的。
