pdms常用命令经验反馈――一些常用的pdms命令QAOBER------查询组件的公称直径qaod------查询组件的外径qp1bore------查询元件p1点的直径,包括设备上的nozzleqp3bore------查询元件p3点的直径,包括设备上的nozzleMarkce-----标记当前元素,可以是管道、支管、构件、设备等。

标记的内容是它自己的名称。

markwith'rpe1567'ce------对当前元素标记’rpe1567’,引号里面可以是任意内容qatt------查询当前元素的参数q:IMS QCL-----查询管道或支管的等级。

当前图元应放置在管道或支管图层上。

QName-----查询名称。

如果知道名称,可以直接在命令行中键入修改后的元素。

PDMS学习笔记一、PDMS大方向主要可以分为DESIGN-三维模型设计模块、DRAFT-出图模块ADMINISTRATION-项目管理模块、ISODRAFT-轴测图生成模块、PARAGON-构造元件库模块。

二、控制视图的快捷键很重要!(1)、F8=Shaded:实体/线框切换(2)、F9=视图控制显示/隐藏切换,这个命令很重要!打开F9,3D窗口旁边和下边会出现刻度,我们只要移动刻度框上的小刻度块,移动右侧的小刻度块,图形就可以向上或者向下旋转;移动水平小刻度块,图形就可以左右旋转。

这样就可以代替鼠标中间滚珠的作用了。

按住鼠标中间滚珠可以转动物体吗。

(3)、F2=Zoom缩放、F3=Pan移动、F5=Rotate旋转、Ctrl:加速显示、Shift:减速显示。

三、 Zoom toselection(先选中物体,再局部放大,就是快捷键的第二个)、entire draw list(把整个物体全部显示)、identify element:直接出来一个小框,想看哪选哪即可。

四、快捷键第一个limits CE options:先选中物体,这个命令的意思是把我们所选中的物体充满整个屏幕。

快捷键第三个:walk to draw list:居中显示全部内容,快捷键第四个:central on selection:把选中的东西作为中心,作为旋转轴。

快捷键第五个:middle mouse button:zoom rectangle用鼠标中间滚轮对选中区域放大,快捷键第六个:middle mouse button:zoom in/out:用鼠标中间滚轮放大或者缩小。

快捷键第九个:就是移动下面那个双叹号,一般为灰色,不能用,首先要打开F4,切换进入透视模式,按住鼠标滚轮,可以拖动,此命令用处不大,平时不用开。

快捷键第十一个:Clip CE把选中的物体夹住,其它部分统统隐藏。

快捷键第十个:Clipping options:把快捷键十一隐藏的部分再全部显示出来。

PDMS软件在化工设备建模中的技巧1 概述PDMS(Plant Design Management System)是指工厂三维布置设计管理系统,该系统是一个以数据为中心的三维设计软件。

PDMS三维软件是应用普遍且相对成熟的设计软件之一,目前已经广泛用于电力、石油、化工、冶金等行业。

PDMS软件相比于二维作图软件Auto CAD,具有直观性、共享性和检测性。

PDMS数据库包括系统数据库、元件数据库、设计数据库、管段数据库、特性数据库、用户定义属性数据库和二维图数据库。

PDMS软件的模块包括项目管理模块、应用模块、元件库和等级库模块、设计模块、设计分析模块、出图模块、管段下材料模块。

其中设计模块包含设备、管道、土建结构、暖通、电缆桥架、支吊架、设计模板。

文章对就设备建模中一些注意事项和使用技巧进行介绍。

2 设备建模中注意事项(1)在设备建模时,首先要建立正确的数据库层次,所有的设备必须放在设备的zone下。

(2)根据设备布置选好模型中设备定位点,保证最终出图坐标与设备布置图一致。

(3)每个设备都要以绝对坐标定位,也就是设备的SITE要定位到原点(0,0,0),要以绝对坐标定位,而不是每个区的相对坐标,当存放设备的这个层定义到原点之后,每台设备都要以绝对坐标定位,只有这样,才能在最后的报告中抽出每台设备的绝对坐标,以便校核。

(4)对于一般的都有封头高度标注,但没有曲率半径值,一般取100~200或50~100之间。

3 设备建模中一些技巧(1)管嘴(包括基本体)可以通过Create-Offset(偏移拷贝)、Create-Rotate(旋转拷贝)、Create-mirror(镜象拷贝),这样可以大大提高设备建模的效率。

(2)修改设备定位点(可分为以下两种方法):a.ModifyEquipment originID Ppoint。

选择一个Ppoint作为设备的新定位点。

b.ModifyEquipment originExplicity。

15.定位分支头尾的常用方法选择进入PIPE设计模式菜单A自己定义头尾的方法如下图,这样定义出的头尾不产生新的关联信息,仅仅定义位置外形大小:菜单B自己捕捉头尾到某PP点时的方式如下图,其特点是坐标不用输入,其余设置需用上图菜单完成,也不会产生连接信息的新变化菜单C重新连接定义头尾的方式如下图,选择连接后将自动定义头尾的坐标,大小,方向,头尾自动产生新的连接对象信息。

一、PDMS11.6安装步骤1. 解压11.6安装文件,运行setup.exe一路安装完毕。

(安装盘符最好选择非系统盘)2. 解压PDMS11.6license,复制cra.exe pdms116.crk 和license文件到pdms11.6安装目录下。

3. 双击运行cra.exe,弹出dos窗口。

4. 不停按回车键,直到提示没有文件将被替换。

(大概10下)5. 按ESC 返回再按F10退出。

二、PDMS11.6SP4安装步骤1.解压PDMS11.6SP4直接安装。

(非系统盘符下)2.加压PDMS11.6SP4升级包,安装直到完成。

3.把PDMS11.6SP4licenseXX解压到安装目录。

4.运行patch-11.6sp47.exe按next,直到提示文件所有破解完成。

5.按pdms11.6的第6步。

6.运行安装目录下的pdms.bat三、PDMS12.0安装步骤1. 解压直接安装PDMS12.0 直到完成。

(非系统盘符下)2. 解压PDMS12.0licenseXX,复制pdms.dll到安装目录下覆盖。

3. 按pdms11.6第6步设置。

4. 运行安装目录下的pdms.bat。

石油工程化 工 设 计 通 讯Petroleum EngineeringChemical Engineering Design Communications第42卷第10期2016年10月目前,海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司(以下简称青岛公司)承建的海洋石油平台中,以固定桩基平台形式最为常见,每个固定桩基海洋石油平台一般由一个上部组块、一个支撑上部组块的导管架组成。

因此,导管架的建造工作也是青岛公司的重要业务之一。

传统上,导管架由于综合的专业较少(仅涉及结构、管道、防腐专业),负责导管架详细设计的公司(详设)只提供结构图纸,不提供管道图纸。

建造过程中,管道专业由于缺乏图纸,材料采办、建造定位等工作无据可依,造成现场施工出现修改多、返工多,材料、人工时浪费多等问题,严重影响项目建造质量和进度。

近年来,三维设计技术以其巨大的优势在海洋石油行业逐步应用开来。

青岛公司结构专业使用Tekla Structures 软件进行结构三维建模出图等设计工作,取得了较好的效果,但是Tekla Structures 软件在管道设计方面无能为力。

青岛公司又引进了以管道设计为主要功能的三维设计软件PDMS (Plant Design Management System )并进行了数年的应用、研究[1-3]。

针对导管架管道专业缺少图纸的困难,通过将Tekla Structures 模型导入PDMS 中,充分利用PDMS 强大的管道布置功能进行管道三维设计并抽取相应的图纸等设计文件供施工,对提升导管架管道设计及建造质量、提高项目经济效益有着十分现实的意义。

1 应用流程Tekla Structures 与PDMS 分属天宝(Trimble )与剑维(A VEV A )公司,两款软件使用的数据格式不同,不能直接读取对方的三维模型。

为了实现将Tekla Structures 导入到PDMS 中用于管道布置的目的,剑维公司为PDMS 开发了OpenSteel 接口软件,专门用于转换Tekla Structures 结构模型。

判断信息经常是指出的错误是合并的参考信息(可能真正的错误发⽣在相邻的组件上)。

如果检查结束⽽没有错误,则出现下列信息:*NO DATA INCONSISTENCIES*1、全局判断R10 BAD OWNER PEFERENCE解释:从属关系是指在不存在元素或不存在所需元素在列表中,这种错误说明,⼀个或多个数据库已经发⽣中断。

2、BRANCH –SPECIFIC diognosticsBRANCH 起点错误A10 HEAD REFERENCE NOT SET解释:起点的参考没有设定,当有下列情况时显⽰此错误:当起点的连接形式(HCONN)为:OPEN、VENT、CLOS或DRAN时。

A20 HEAD REFERENCE POINTS TO NONEXISTENT ELEMENT解释:由于起点原参考点已被杀掉,例如:⼀个NOZZLE是原来的Branch的起点,被杀掉后,就会出现这种信息。

A30 BAD HEAD RETURN REFERENCE解释:Branch的起点参考的元素并没有相对Branch的参考信息。

主要发⽣在某⼀个Branch连接的另⼀个Branch时,它暗⽰应该有⼀个TEE形式放置于第⼆条Branch上。

当不注意情况下,将两个或多个Branch连接到了同⼀个终点时,也会出现这种错误。

A100 EHAD TERMINAL PROBLEM WITH SPREF解释:Branch的起点没有设定SPREF或SPREF指向⼀个不存在的SPCOM。

A110 HEAD TERMINAL PROBLEM WITH CATREF解释:Branch的起点没有设定CATREF或CATREF指向⼀个不存在的数据库组件。
