二、活动目的
1、在圣诞节——西方最重要的节日里举行圣诞节英语晚会可以加强同学们对西方文化的了解,提高同学们对学习英语的认识。

2、加强英语的实际运用能力,让同学们的英语口语得到进一步锻炼的同时也增加英语学习的趣味性。

3、增强同学们的团队合作精神,增加同学们之间的交流与沟通。

同时,加强同学们与外界的英语交流和学习。

4、让平时紧张的学习氛围得到一定的缓解,使同学们的心情得到放松,在以后的日子里更好的学习。

六、活动准备工作
1、对活动作出整体规划,并撰写活动策划和经费预算上交教导处及学校领导审批。

2、挑选节目及主持人
(1)征集节目、主持人:高一、高二英语老师选出各班口语较佳者或普通话标准的同学——作为主持人(选出7名:四男三女);每班出一个节目,节目表现形式自定(各班英语老师准备)。

(2)筛选主持人:对候选主持人进行逐一审核,挑选出能力突出的七名主持人(高一,二男;高二,二男二女,高三,一名)。

(3)高一、高二各班英语老师组织安排节目及主持人定期彩排演练。

(演出前一周减为20个节目)
3.请高一、高二年级班主任老师到场维持秩序。

4.邀请高三年级英语老师担任评委。

5.节目U盘歌曲等收集排序:何玲玲(高一),张妍(高二)(每班准备两份写好班级曲名注好顺序)
6.制定评分标准及表格:张妍(将高三英语老师通知到)统分人:王晓莉
七、舞台布置:办公室(周兴阳主任)团委严磊书记(桌凳,计算机),后勤甘明忠主任唐小红老师(彩灯,气球,背景板,电)
八、活动注意事项
1、节目要求:活动演出的节目须有特色,与西方文化相关,对学习英语有帮助均可。

2、主持人挑选要求:形象好、气质佳。

具备沉稳、机敏、说话清晰等品质,且英文表达运用能力强。

由冉启旭教师总体负责培训主持人。

3、主持稿要求:通俗易懂,中英对照、上下连贯。

4、要求:分工明确、密切联系、团结一致,力求圆满完成此次活动。

5、采购物品
(1)会场装饰用品:气球(400个),彩带,彩纸,圣诞老人挂像,雪花,圣诞老人服装,红色大布袋等。

(2)节目表演所需奖品(歌唱类和小品类)糖果,巧克力,圣诞帽子(小的)。

6、道具
(1)主持人正装(7套网购)、无线话筒(7个)、音响。

八、活动场景布置
舞台前面拉一横幅(红底白字,内容为:万源市第三中学首届圣诞双语PARTY)后方布置海报作为背景(周兴阳请广告公司制作并于23日前贴好),四周用气球及彩带围绕,并摆上圣诞树前后各两棵呈梯形(前面两棵相互距离近,放在柱子内侧;后两棵相互距离远,放在柱子外侧)。

九、活动流程
1、提前做好舞台上与场下布置工作。

(提前两天)
2、播放开场音乐(何玲玲提供)
3、引导嘉宾(学校领导,班主任,英语教师等)及学生入场,学生按班级入座。

(由各班学生干部组织)
4、赖礼秀教师主持,并请领导讲话,然后是七名主持人着正装上台,做简要开场白并宣布活动开始。

5、各节目依次上台表演。

(节目单详见附录)
6、在活动结束后给演出参与人员合影及获奖人员分发相应奖品。

7、各环节结束后主持人上台宣布晚会结束,感谢各到场人员参与此次活动。

8、收拾会场及舞台。

2、将此次活动所拍照片及录像等好作为校内活动资料妥善保管。

十三、具体细节
1.高二、高一各英语教师于11月15日将准备好的节目送选,如果选上继续
排练,至11月24日.节目由40个变成20个
2.办公室,后勤(甘明忠老师,唐小红老师)于12月21日前将舞台布置好
----气球,背景板,并由广告公司制好背景图片,并贴上。

3.团委,学生会(严磊老师指挥学生)于12月24日中午将桌椅布置好(结
束后负责归还)----七张桌子,20把塑料凳子(评委用)。

用完后归还。

4.12月23日下午2:30,已经评选出来的20个节目的参演人员到舞台彩
排,查漏补缺,做好改进工作。

5.12月24日下午1:30学生到操场整队集合(不带凳子每人带上四本英
语书用来坐),各班主任到场管理。

(1)1:40——播放圣诞主题曲《铃儿响叮当》,营造圣诞欢愉氛围。

节目中途主持人邀请部分英语老师(可邀请英语老师有一定的表演)。

(2)2:00主持人(赖老师)开场白(本次活动…..有请田校长讲话)
6.2:05由田校长讲话,并宣布活动开始。

7.2:10七名学生主持人一并上台主持活动。

按节目单上的顺序进行。

8.2:40大约7个班的节目完成,主持人穿着圣诞服装进行知识抢答。
