【摘要】搅拌器内两相混合是化工生产中常见的现象,电容层析成像(ECT)技术主要对两相分布进行可视化重构,以达到监测的目的。

受稀疏贝叶斯学习的启发,提出了一种非凸与不可分离正则化(NNR)算法重建ECT图像。

在稀疏先验的基础上引入矩阵低秩特性,采用最大后验估计在潜在空间中提出一个新的优化问题,利用对偶变量将潜在空间的目标函数映射到原始空间进行迭代求解,用来恢复同时稀疏与低秩的矩阵。

与凸近似L1范数相比,NNR算法可获得更准确的重建图像,同时比非凸可分离方法更容易收敛到全局最优解。

为验证NNR算法的重建效果,通过数值仿真与静态实验的方法分别与其他5种算法进行重建对比。

结果表明:NNR算法可以有效减少重建伪影,提升中心物体的重建质量,为搅拌器内两相分布提供了高质量的重建算法。

【摘要】图像的复扩散是图像增强的一种有效方法.传统的复扩散算法在求解过程中利用迭代产生的虚部,即图像高斯卷积的拉普拉斯算子作为扩散控制因子.然而由于该因子的平滑、时间依赖以及二阶特性.图像在处理后会在边缘处形成带状模糊.为此,本文提出一种改进的结合了图像迭代实边缘特性的复扩散算法.实验结果显示,该算法可以更好的增强模糊图像的边缘和去除噪声.

复合材料层压板低速冲击刚度退化方案仿真研究伊鹏跃,于哲峰,汪海(上海交通大学航空航天学院,上海200240 )摘要:针对复合材料层压板低速冲击仿真,根据应力更新、材料弹性参数折减和基于应变渐进失效的不同刚度退化思路,改进传统损伤刚度折减方法,通过ABAQUS分别编写了三种刚度退化方案的VUMAT子程序,引入粘滞规律克服刚度退化的数值计算收敛困难,结合实验进行有限元仿真,研究比较了不同刚度退化方案下冲击响应的异同,结果表明:改进的三种刚度退化方案都可较准确地描述低速冲击下复合材料失效过程;应力更新方案,思路简单清晰,但失效过程应力变化剧烈,增量步数多,计算效率低;弹性参数折减方案中,根据失效模式调整折减系数,结合粘滞规律,响应平稳;前两种方案对冲击损伤形式只能定性,无法定量表征;而渐进失效方案引入合理的损伤变量,不但冲击响应连续而且能较好地表征材料损伤形式与程度。

The difficulty of convergence in numerical calculationis overcome by viscous regularization. Differences between the three methods have been studied according to the finite element analysis and experimental data. Conclusions drawn from the comparison are that, the analytical results are ideal compared to test results. The three stiffness degradation process can describe the process of material damage exactly. Solution based on stress updating is simple and clear,but the number of increment and iteration is large due to stress varying greatly during material damage and computer calculation is inefficient. Elastic constant degradation is able to adjust the degraded coefficient based on damage mode. The impact response combining viscous regularization is ideal. Material damage mode is predicted but damage degree is unknown in this two ways. Progressive damage degradation is based on material progressive damage model and the response is continuous. simulations were performed for studying mechanical properties of nickel nanowires subjected to uniaxial strain using embedded atom method (EAM)potential.Strain rates applied in the simulations ranged from 5×107s -1to 1×1010s -1.The stress,the average atomic energy,the pair correlation function,as well as the transient atomic images of the systems were presented to explore the strain rate dependence of structure of nanowires.It was found that as the strain rates applied to the system were lower than 1×108s -1,the nanowires underwent plastic deformation and kept crystal structure before fracture during the process of tensioning state,which was testified clearly by the pair correlation function.While as strain rates were higher than 1×109s -1,the nanowires changed continuously from crystalline structure to amorphous phase and the pair correlation function also exhibited the characteristics of typical amorphous peaks.Amorphization of Ni nanowires was induced under high strain rates.Key Words :Molecular dynamics simulation;Stress-strain curves;Amorphization非晶态合金与晶体材料相比有强度高、耐蚀性好、导磁率高等优良的性能而受到人们的普遍关注.自1960年Duwez 等人[1]采用熔体快速冷却的方法制备出Au ⁃Si 非晶合金以来,人们已开发出多种制备非晶合金的方法.金属非晶合金的制备可以通过抑制过冷熔体的均质形核及晶核生长,提高冷却速率,同时减少或消除异质形核[2].而Ikeda [3]、Branicio [4]等人的模拟发现,金属纳米晶在施加高应变率时,体系发生了非晶化现象.纳米晶体对设计和制造纳米电机系统(NEMS)有重要的意义,对各种金属纳米晶体的电学、热力学性能的研究已开展了很多工作[5].王秀喜等人[6-8]利用分子动力学模拟对纳米丝的力学性能及变形机制、尺寸效应作了研究.应变率的不同会对晶体结构产生很大的影响,高应变率使纳米晶非晶化,不同于快速冷却等其他制备非晶的方法,本文研究了Ni 纳米丝在高应变率下的非晶化现象,为非517Acta Phys.⁃Chim.Sin.,2007Vol.23晶,尤其是纳米非晶的制备提供实验基础和理论依据.1分子动力学模拟方法体系的初始构型的原子按理想的面心立方结构排布.X、Y、Z坐标轴分别对应面心立方的[100]、[010]、[001]晶向.模型尺寸为5a0×5a0×15a0,其中a0为镍的晶格常数(0.3523nm),原子数为1500个.采用的边界条件:X、Y表面为自由面,Z方向采用周期性边界条件.文献表明[4],Z方向为周期性边界时,增加Z方向的初始长度对模拟的结果影响不大.模拟过程中原子势函数采用镶嵌原子势[9,10].数值积分采用预测修正算法[11].利用Nosé⁃Hoover方法[12,13]进行等温调节,为了避免温度效应的影响,模拟温度控制在绝对零度.模拟时先将初始构型驰豫10000步,使其达到能量稳定状态,然后对驰豫后的纳米丝沿Z方向分步均匀拉伸,每次加0.003的应变,调整加载间隔,以达到相应的应变率.本文的应力均为体系的原子应力的平均值,单位为GPa;原子平均能量的单位为eV.2分子动力学模拟结果与讨论图1给出了不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线,总体上随着应变量的增加,应力都呈现出先增加后下降的趋势.对于不同的应变率,可以发现,在应变率低于1.0×108s-1时,应力-应变曲线在应变量小于0.17阶段基本是重合的,这一阶段我们称其为小应变阶段,随着应变量的增大,应力呈线性上升,达到最大值后急剧下降,最后呈现出锯齿形的发展阶段;而对于较高应变率(大于1.0×109s-1),随着应变率增高,曲线在小应变量阶段不再重合,应力的最高值也不断增加,曲线从最高值下降后,在较大的应变量下应力数值几乎为常量.不同应变率对应的应力-应变曲线不同,表明了纳米丝微观结构不同的演化过程[6].分别取应变率为8.5×107s-1(称之为低应变率,用K1表示)、1.0×109s-1(称之为高应变率,用K2表示)两条应力-应变曲线探讨不同应变阶段体系的能量及结构的变化.2.1低应变率作用下的体系结构变化图2给出了应变率为K1的平均原子能量和应力-应变曲线图及其标出位置的原子轨迹图,对应位置的偶相关函数曲线在图3中给出.位置①体系处于拉伸前的状态,对应的原子轨迹图以及偶相关函数如图2(b)及图3所示,表明体系为理想的fcc结构.随着应变量的加大,在应变量小于0.17时,应力呈直线上升;随着应变量的增加,体系能量不断升高(如图2(a)所示),对应的原子轨迹图未发现有位错出现,只是晶格在Z向拉长,晶格拉长程度的不断加大导致了体系的能量和应力的增加.当应变达到0.17左右时(位置②),应力和能量图1镍纳米线在不同应变率下的平均原子应力-应变曲线Fig.1The positions1,2,3,4,5are0,0.17,0.18,0.34,0.57,respectively.ab518No.4彭传校等:应变率诱发镍纳米丝的非晶化值均到达最高,此时的偶相关函数仍显示为晶体特征.随着应变的增加,体系的滑移系{111}〈110〉开动,应力值开始迅速下降,体系的能量也随之释放,到达位置③时,体系的能量接近最低点,对应的偶相关函数表明晶体峰不断宽化.继续拉伸则导致位错的不断增殖,体系的能量又有所升高,应力曲线呈锯齿状发展.当应变达到0.5左右(位置⑤)时,体系出现了颈缩现象,其偶相关函数在颈缩时仍显示为晶体峰特征.对体系各个位置的能量分析发现,颈缩位置的平均原子能量高于体系其他位置的能量.这与Park 等人[14]的计算结果相一致,其在对金纳米线的拉伸模拟中,在断裂位置的原子的能量也显示很高.在低应变率下,镍纳米线产生塑性变形,塑性变形主要是通过滑移方式进行的,随着位错的不断增殖和运动,体系的结构和能量发生变化,最终在能量较高的部位出现颈缩断裂.2.2高应变率作用下的体系结构变化图4给出了K 2应变率下平均原子能量和应力随应变量的变化曲线及相应位置的原子轨迹图.曲线和低应变量时的相比,显得光滑.拉伸初始状态(位置①)和低应变率时相同,体系为理想的fcc 结构.随着应变量的增加,在应变量小于0.29时,纳米丝处于弹性拉伸状态,没有出现位错,体系的能量和应力也随着晶格畸变的增大而不断增加.在应变量为0.29的时候(对应位置②),体系的应力和能量达到最高值,其原子轨迹图显示体系开始出现少量位错,而偶相关函数(图5)表现为晶体峰的特征.随着应变量的进一步增大,体系出现局部紊乱,应力和能量迅速降低,当能量降低到最低值时整个体系完全紊乱.(应变量大约为0.35左右)在这一过程中,体系的偶相关函数晶体峰不断宽化,有的消失,在0.32nm 附近代表八面体结构的峰基本消失,这预示着体系由晶体结构转变为非晶结构.当应变量持续增大到0.56时(对应位置④),从原子轨迹图可以看出体系没有发生上述的颈缩现象,偶相关函数第二峰劈裂[15],仍然图38.5×107s -1应变率下的偶相关函数Fig.3Pair correlation functions at thestrain rate of 8.5×107s 对于那种寿命比较长的产品来说,不是一种合适的方法,因此,在寿命试验的基础上形成的加大应力、缩短时间的加速寿命试验方法逐渐取代了常规的寿命试验方法。

加速寿命试验是用加大试验应力(诸如热应力、电应力等)的方法,激发产品在短时间内产生跟正常应力水平下相同的失效,缩短试验周期。

然后运用加速寿命模型,评估产品在正常工作应力下的可靠性特征。

加速环境试验是近年来快速发展的一项可靠性试验技术。

该技术突破了传统可靠性试验的技术思路,将激发的试验机制引入到可靠性试验,可以大大缩短试验时间,提高试验效率,降低试验耗损。

6 常见加速模型加速环境试验是一种激发试验,它通过强化的应力环境来进行可靠性试验。

加速环境试验的加速水平通常用加速因子来表示。

加速因子的含义是指设备在正常工作应力下的寿命与在加速环境下的寿命之比,通俗来讲就是指一小时试验相当于正常使用的时间。

因此,加速因子的计算成为加速寿命试验的核心问题,也成为客户最为关心的问题。

加速因子的计算也是基于一定的物理模型的,因此下面分别说明常用应力的加速因子的计算方法。

6.1温度加速因子温度的加速因子由Arrhenius 模型计算:其中,Lnormal为正常应力下的寿命,Lstress为高温下的寿命,Tnormal为室温绝对温Tstress为高温下的绝对温度,Ea为失效反应的活化能(eV),k为Boltzmann常数,8.62×10-5eV/K,实践表明绝大多数电子元器件的失效符合Arrhenius 模型,表1给出了半导体元器件常见的失效反应的活化能。

【摘要】针对压电陶瓷驱动器建模复杂的技术难点,本文提出了一种基于修正Rayleigh模型的动态迟滞非线性建模方法。

首先,针对压电陶瓷材料的机电响应特性,构建了压电驱动器的线性本构方程;然后,基于迟滞效应成因及其微观机理研究,提出了采用Rayleigh模型的非线性建模方法;在此基础上,采用一阶线性方程描述压电驱动器频率相关特性并通过实验验证其有效性;之后,采用双Rayleigh系数,构建了非对称Rayleigh模型;最后,实验验证了Rayleigh模型在压电陶瓷驱动器次环响应中的适用性。

【摘要】基于弥散磁共振成像DTI的纤维追踪技术是非侵入性活体脑神经研究的关键技术.恒定立体角重建模型CSA是基于DTI发展而来的一种纤维重建模型,能够根据采样球壳上的数据对弥散方向分布函数进行线性径向投影计算,从而进行纤维重建.目前,恒定立体角纤维重建模型存在鲁棒性较差,重建纤维过于杂乱以及弥散方向分布偏差的问题.针对上述问题,本文提出MCSA(Multipoint Constant Solid Angle)模型,首先引入可以使弥散方向分布函数更加准确的最小二乘法,接着通过自适应高斯函数引入多点拟合弥散信息提高模型鲁棒性和抗噪性.最后,本文分别使用Fibercup、ISMRM2015年模拟数据以及Stanford HARDI真实影像数据对传统CSA模型以及本文提出MCSA模型进行对比分析,结果表明,利用本文提出MCSA 模型重建的纤维更加符合客观规律,并且在一定程度上减少了假阳性纤维的生成.【总页数】6页(P1116-1121)

【摘要】非均匀采样信号重建在很多领域得到了广泛应用.传统的最小范数傅里叶重建(FRMN)算法具有原理直观、假设前提少等优点,但不能进行稀疏重建.本文提出一种新的可变稀疏度傅里叶重建(FRVS)算法,并利用贝叶斯推理赋予其概率解释.FRVS通过引入稀疏约束矩阵,不仅在FRMN的基础上融入了稀疏重建思想,而且求解形式与FRMN相同.一维复杂理论信号重建实验表明,FRVS比FRMN具有更高的重建精度.最后将FRVS重建算法用于实际医学心电图信号重建,结果表明FRVS能解决实际重建问题,在重建过程中需选择合适的稀疏度参数.

Abstract. The paper is concerned with the stability of the set of trajectories of a patchy vector field, in the presence of impulsive perturbations. Patchy vector fields are discontinuous, piecewise smooth vector fields that were introduced in [1] to study feedback stabilization problems. For patchy vector fields in the plane, with polygonal patches in generic position, we show that the distance between a perturbed trajectory and an unperturbed one is of the same order of magnitude as the impulsive forcing term.
