From this sentence we can see two potentially important factors: competition and cooperation. As long as the combination of both competition and cooperation, we will do everything successfully, and it can be better!we should to develope the sense of competition and the sense of cooperation, in order to improve ourselves and pursuit a better life.
All of us can not live without competition as well as cooperation. In today's society, maybe there are also many people believe that competition and cooperation are the enemy, the combination is impossible let alone to achieve good results. I think this view is wrong, it should be said that competition and cooperation will always be closely linked, they represent two different kinds of interaction. Competition can make people excited and Energetic; and co-operate, it can make people live in friendship , unity and cooperation. Marx said that cooperation can improve the productivity of individuals, and it is "creating a productivity", also generate a magical effects about one plus one is greater than two. As long as there are not only competition but cooperation, we won’t have to face at a poor situation that fight without help any more and achieve a win-win situation.
Cooperation and competition are one of the basic form of human
relationships, but in this two different situations, individual behavior is not the same reaction.
Under the conditions of cooperation, the individual who long for the common victory, will reduce their fear of failure, and actively participate in the process of achieving common goals, so that the individual will solve problems. Cooperation can make people be able to carry out extensive exchanges and communication, so that people trust other members, accept others. In the context of cooperation for a common goal, people can experience and understand the mutual benefit of the principle of communication, so we can be more helpful to others , learn to contacts with others friendly would help us to build up good interpersonal relationships.
In the atmosphere of competitive, people will inspire greater potential for individuals, so that they would develop a positive mental state .But they will be more concerned about their own failure ...everyone is trying to be successful, so it is easy to make people do not care about each other negatively, people always be divided by mutual suspicion and jealousies and reduce the frequency of contacts with others, it is difficult to establish interpersonal relationships. Long-term in the state of competition is not conducive to harmony between people.
Cooperative or competitive, are both important for us to living in the community. In most cases it is difficult to absolutely separate the two
things, and sometimes the competition also includes cooperation, cooperation also has competition.。
