第三单元的中心话题是“健康生活”。

本节课通过阅读训练,让学生明白“吸烟有害于健康,远离香烟”这一道理。

这是一篇典型的信息输入载体。

根据课程目标,将本节课的中心任务定为,培养学生的阅读能力。

依据本节课中心任务,并根据文章内容,通过设置有效的问题,引导学生展开开放式的讨论,用英语表达自己的观点和看法,从而训练听,说能力。

因此设置了略读,精读,熟读,研读式地问题来引导学生的阅读,帮助学生理解课文。

设置了小组讨论,启发学生的发散思维,引导学生自由的发表自己的看法。

本节课具有以下优势:1把课堂和学生自身联系起来,能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性。

本节课贴近学生生活,通过设置提问学生关于吸烟的情况,启发学生讲讲身边人的吸烟的情况和对吸烟的了解,并联系自身进行讨论和分析,更有趣味性和说服力。
