在本次《Module 4 Unit 1 Past and Present》的教学过程中,我发现了一些值得思考的问题和亮点。
首先,通过提问学生在日常生活中的观察,成功引起了他们对本节课主题的兴趣。大家积极参与讨论,课堂氛围活跃。但同时,我也注意到部分学生对过去和现在变化的描述不够准确,这提示我在今后的教学中要更加关注学生对词汇和语法掌握的牢固程度。

《Module 4 Unit 1教案-2020-2021学年外研版八年级英语下册》主要围绕“ Past and Present”主题展开,教学内容包括:
1.外研版八年级英语下册Module 4 Unit 1的词汇和短语:如time, change, past, present, remember, disappear等;
2.一般过去时和现在时的运用:通过对比介绍过去和现在的变化,让学生掌握两种时态的用法;
3.句型:描述过去和现在事物的变化,如:“Things have changed a lot in the past few years.”、“I remember when there were...”;
4.对话和课文理解:学习课文中的对话,理解过去和现在的变化,并能进行简单的角色扮演;
其次,在新课讲授环节,我发现学生对一般过去时和现在时的运用存在一些混淆。在今后的教学中,我需要更加细致地讲解这两种时态的用法,并通过更多实例来帮助学生加深理解。
实践活动环节,学生分组讨论和实验操作的表现让我感到欣慰。他们能够将所学知识运用到实际问题中,并积极分享自己的观点。但在引导讨论过程中,我也发现部分学生对于开放性问题的思考不够深入,这可能是因为他们的语言表达能力还有待提高。因此,我打算在今后的教学中加强对学生语言表达能力的训练。

本节课的设计中,学生开口说英语的机会还是偏少,由于本节课时是听说课型,重点更多放在了听力的训练上,口语训练稍为缺失。因此,针对上述情况,作出了以下的调整。我决定采用任务型教学法。在热身复习之后,交待本课的学习任务,请同学们回忆在过往实际就医中与医生的对话。我们要开展对话评比的活动。任务的明确,会给了学生一个学习的动力,让他们有了明确的目标,他们的积极性就会高了。这种活动的设计也正是《新课标》中所信导的:教师应依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。这样学生可以通过思考,交流和合作等等方式和使用英语完成学习任务。
