瑜伽的功效 :
1、能消除烦恼,平静心境。
2、能维持姿势平稳。 3、能够净化血液、净化肉体、调节 人的体重,有效的消除脂肪,而对 过瘦的人又能增!加体重,能维持 饮食平衡。 4、少能刺激内分泌,维持内分泌平 衡,对内分泌的一些疾病如:糖尿 病、甲亢等也有较好的疗效。
五千年前,在古老的印度,高 僧们为求进入心神合一的最高境界, 经常僻居原始森林,静坐,冥想。 在长时间单纯生活之后,高僧 们从观察生物中体悟了不少大自然 法则,再从生物的生存法则,验证 到人的身上,逐步地去感应身体内 部的微妙变化,于是人类懂得了和 自己的身体对话,从而知道探索自 己的身体,开始进行健康的维护和 调理,以及对疾病、创痛的医治本 能。 几千年的钻研归纳下来,逐步 衍化出一套理论完整、确切实用的 养身健身体系这就是瑜伽。
采取动物的自然姿 势可以达到治疗目的。 调整呼吸时做腹式呼吸, 或边呼吸边数数。 集中精神时将注意 力集中于一个问题或身 体的某一点,如双眼半 闭半开,俯视鼻尖,在 保持觉醒状态的同时, 精神内守。 冥想时使自身与环 境统一,消除对立,使 自己的意念与行动一致。
瑜伽用两种方法达到减重目的:
瑜伽姿势运用古老 而易于掌握的技巧,改 善人们生理、心理、情 感和精神方面的能力, 是一种达到身体、心灵 与精神和谐统一的运动 方式。
古印度人更相信人可以与天合一, 他们以不同的瑜伽修炼方法融入日 常生活而奉行不渝:
道德、忘我的动作、稳定的头 脑、宗教性的责任、无欲无求、冥 想和宇宙的自然和创造。
建议:
1、在训练时,全程都用鼻子呼吸:鼻毛可过滤脏空气和有害细菌,也可安定 神经,让身体更健康。 2、练瑜伽前后一小时不要进食:保持空腹态。 3、把握体位法的缓慢过程和全身移动的感觉,比完成姿态更重要。 4、保持完成姿势时的呼吸数,以自己的体能为限。初学者保持3—5次的呼吸 数即可,往后再慢慢增加次数。
