我简单分享一下我的意见,个人愚见仅供参考1收到询盘,第一时间打开,记住第一时间,也就是你最快的时间,竭尽所能。

用一分钟打开,2-3分钟,认真阅读邮件内容(一般不会太长,且比较简单,最多5分钟分析完毕)2回复相信大家都有自己的模板,没有的最好建立一个模版。

并不断完善.我说的只是模板,然后要修改,一定要修改。

记住客户需要的是唯一性,只有你认真对待他,让他觉得你为这个询盘有很认真的准备。

3内容1开头,dear加他们的名字或者其他,自己感觉2简单说下他的询盘we are pleased to receive your inquiry hear that you are interested inour。

4如果熟悉他们国家的市场,你可以说。

wearegladthatourproductsellsgoodinyourmarket(不清楚就别乱说,反正写下,你们的产品非常适合他们的市场,要是新市场,就说这个市场我们正在努力开发中,我们以优异的质量和强有力的价格已经取得了一些成就,或者实在没有就说,我们很高兴,有你这样一个伙伴帮助我们开发市场。

反正就是说对他们有利的话,一行--两行4然后简要介绍一下客户提到的产品,最小起订量,大概因素,一定要主打的,你们的优势,每个公司又是肯定不一样。

询盘回复基本教程询盘回复及客户资料整理(壹)询盘回复①询盘的定义书面意义也叫询价,是指交易的一方准备购买或出售某种商品的人向潜在的供货人或买主探寻该商品的成交条件或交易的可能性的业务行为,它不具有法律上的约束力。

实际意义指的是在我们日常的工作中通过自己的宣传得到的客户对于我们产品的购买意向和了解欲望②询盘的来源除了我们在阿里巴巴上通过产品发布曝光吸引到的客户邮件询价外,询盘还应当包括有客户在TM上的即时咨询,客户通过主页打进的电话,展会上吸引到的客户询价,公司分配的资源,客户间的转介绍etc.。

③询盘的分析询盘的分析就是客户的分析的一个方面,是我们对客户建立第一印象的重要步骤,当我们拿到一个询盘的时候,就要以客户所展现给你的东西对客户做一个评估和把握。

在一个简单的阿里询盘中,客户会展现给我们什么:1,发件时间2,,发件行为3,账户的注册地4信息发送地5发送询盘时所用IP6需求产品及数量7邮件正文8,客户信息9买家行为在阿里询盘中客户所展现给我们的信息中,我们要做几件事情,1,查IP是否与注册地相符合2,查IP是否与客户公司地址相符合3,客户发件时间是否是当地的上班时间4,发件行为是否只发给你一个人5,邮箱是否验证,是否为公司后缀邮箱6,上谷歌搜索邮箱和电话,有可能会看到一些相关信息7,客户需求产品及数量评估8,正文研究A,产品是否是我司可以做的产品B,数量是否有优势C,产品细节是否详细D,描述是否专业④询盘回复经过以上数个行为之后,我们会对客户有一个基本的认识,接下来是回复询盘的准备:A,及时以客户第一时间看到为准B,专业,第一次回复不需要太长,不需要太多无关的介绍。

C,有余地不要把话说的太死,如客户不回复,还可以有话题重新发一封D,有能吊起客户回复你的一个点E,第一次回复询盘尽量不要报价,而是跟客户沟通一下其他点,如果客户的回复及时,有效,则可以初步判定客户的意向是可信的。

当然这个点不是绝对的,如果经过分析,客户是可信的,产品规格是明确的,那么客户给一个大概价格,此时的价格可以再邮件里面提一下,这个价格不要用quote,quotation这类正式的字眼,一般用price,about price,approximate price,等非正式词汇,并且报价时要留有可调整的余地。
