How should you use this document? My advice- identify the questions which you think apply most closely to the kinds of jobs/functions you are seeking, then prepare the answers/”stories” which show off your achievements in their best light. For behavioral questions, make sure to prepare multiple answers/examples so you have a few to choose from. Then spend a good amount of time practicing your answers so you have them at your fingertips during the actual interview. Clearly, the answers you provide should reflect most closely the kinds of skills and experience that the job you are looking at requires.
