1、按下电视机的电源开关,电视机的按键无反应,电视机的指示灯闪烁,使用万用表测试电源板的电路输出时正常,主电源无电流输出,就能排出按键板出现故障的情况。
2、将电源板到主板的供电线路断开,将电源板强制启动,万用表测出的各组电路电源输出正常,表明电源板无故障。
3、正确的选择出电视机屏线,蓝白信号线为五队,使用万用表测量屏线。
4、检查屏线无误之后,驱动检测电源工具打开电视机电源,观察电视机屏幕,无图像显示,电视机背光点亮,电视机出现灰屏。
5、使用万用表测量出电视机电屏供电正常,经过保险之后无电压,在断电之后保险出现开路的现象,更换保险。
6、在更换保险之后,电视机依旧没有图像显示,在升级电视机程序后任然
没有图像使用万用表测量逻辑板各个测试点,发现异常,更换DC芯片,电视机电压正常,屏幕开始显示图像。
7、在还原了整机的线路连接之后,接上电源,电视机指示灯变绿,同时电视机屏幕有雪花同时有伴音。
8、在加入电视机视频信号之后索尼液晶电视的图像正常,说明故障排除。

夏普LCD-46LX440A液晶电视开关电源检修夏普 LCD-46LX440A液晶电视开关电源检修1.开机烧保险管该故障常发生在交流市电输入电路、整流滤波电路。
原因主要有:220V输入电路中的高频滤波网络有短路现象(如火线与零线间的电容击穿、共模滤波器短路等)、整流二极管或与之并联的电容击穿、300V滤波电容严重漏电或击穿、开关管或其c、e极间的电容击穿等。
2.开机三无,300V电压正常,但各路输出均为0V这种现象是因开关电源未启振引起的。
电源不启振,说明振荡条件未满足。
电源启振的条件有:(1)振荡管(即开关调整管)要有足够的启动电流;(2)振荡管要有足够的正反馈脉冲输入;(3)振荡管的β值足够高。
检修时,先查VT904基极有无0.6V 左右的启动电压,若有,则查正反馈电路,即L2、R912、C911及VD903等元件。
若启动电压为0V,应查R913是否开路、VT904发射结是否击穿、VT904集电结是否开路等。
若启动电压远大于0.6V,说明VT904发射结开路,或R914开路。
若启动电压正常,正反馈电路也正常,可查VT903是否击穿、VD902是否击穿、VT904放大倍数是否下降等。
值得注意的是,该电源300V滤波电容C908负端并未直接接"热地",而是通过限流电阻R902(2.2Ω/2W)与"热地"相连。
R902开路的损坏率较高,当其开路后,会引起开关管无供电而停振。
若此时误将300V滤波电容的负端当"热地",来测其它各点的电压,则结果是错误的。
例如:当R902开路后,开关管c极对"热地"电压本应为0V,但按上述方法测得的结果却是 300V,这一不正常的数值就会引起误判,甚至使维修工作陷入困境。
事实上,当碰到C908两端电压正常,而C908正端对"热地"电压为0V时,即表明R902已开路,应更换。

Damaging the wires may cause a short.9)Protect the panel from ESD to avoid damaging the electroniccircuit (C-MOS).SAFETY CHECK-OUTAfter correcting the original service problem, perform the following safety checks before releasing the set to the customer: 1.Check the area of your repair for unsoldered or poorlysoldered connections. Check the entire board surface forsolder splashes and bridges.2.Check the interboard wiring to ensure that no wires are“pinched” or touching high-wattage resistors.3.Check that all control knobs, shields, covers, ground straps,and mounting hardware have been replaced. Be absolutely certain that you have replaced all the insulators.4.Look for unauthorized replacement parts, particularlytransistors, that were installed during a previous repair. Point them out to the customer and recommend their replacement.5.Look for parts which, though functioning, show obvioussigns of deterioration. Point them out to the customer andrecommend their replacement.6.Check the line cords for cracks and abrasion. Recommendthe replacement of any such line cord to the customer.7.Check the antenna terminals, metal trim, “metallized”knobs, screws, and all other exposed metal parts for ACleakage. Check leakage as described below.Leakage TestThe AC leakage from any exposed metal part to earth ground and from all exposed metal parts to any exposed metal part having a return to chassis, must not exceed 0.5 mA (500 microamperes).Leakage current can be measured by any one of three methods.1. A commercial leakage tester, such as the Simpson 229 orRCA WT-540A. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions touse these instructions.2. A battery-operated AC milliampmeter. The Data Precision245 digital multimeter is suitable for this job.3.Measuring the voltage drop across a resistor by means of aVOM or battery-operated AC voltmeter. The “limit”indication is 0.75 V, so analog meters must have an accurate low voltage scale.The Simpson’s 250 and Sanwa SH-63TRD are examples of passive VOMs that are suitable. Nearly all battery-operated digital multimeters that have a 2 V AC range are suitable (see Figure A).How to Find a Good Earth GroundA cold-water pipe is a guaranteed earth ground; the cover-plate retaining screw on most AC outlet boxes is also at earth ground. If the retaining screw is to be used as your earth ground, verify that it is at ground by measuring the resistance between it and a cold-water pipe with an ohmmeter. The reading should be zero ohms.If a cold-water pipe is not accessible, connect a 60- to 100-watt trouble- light (not a neon lamp) between the hot side of the receptacle and the retaining screw. Try both slots, if necessary, to locate the hot side on the line; the lamp should light at normal brilliance if the screw is at ground potential (see Figure B).FigureA.
