At that time I could hardly reach your elbow and you always held my hand tightly when going outside; at that time you were a man with black hair and strong muscle and you always raised me up in the sea of people, letting me sit on your shoulders and enjoy the shows. In the morning, I preferred leaning on your warm back while you were driving me to school by motorbike; at night, you always accompanied me, telling the fairy tales until I fell asleep because of my fear of darkness. I realized that you were my hero who gave me a sense of security and provided me a healthy and happy growing environment.Time flies without notice. Gradually, my head can reach your shoulders and I become so heavy that you can’t raise me up anymore. Your hair is greying and the relentlesswrinkles appear on your face. There is also a spare tire around your waist. However, you are still the hero in my heart. Every time I feel upset, disappointed and heart-broken, you are always the first one to discover and console me with cold jests; every time I am ambitious to do something, you always encourage me and support me unconditionally; every time I do the wrong things, you instruct me patiently and persuade me with your own experiences. 英文作文 父亲过世

英文作文 父亲过世

英文作文父亲过世It's been a year since my dad passed away. I still remember the day when I got the news. It felt like theworld stopped for a moment. I couldn't believe it, and I didn't want to believe it. It's still hard to accept thefact that he's gone. The funeral was a blur. I remember seeing so many people, but I couldn't really focus on anyone or anything. It was like I was in a daze, just going through the motions.I don't think it really hit me until later, when I wasalone with my thoughts.I miss him every day. There are moments when I forgetfor a second, and then it hits me all over again. It's like a wave of sadness that washes over me, and I can't help but feel overwhelmed by it. I wish I could talk to him, hearhis voice, and feel his presence again.Life has changed so much since he's been gone. There'sa void that can't be filled, no matter how hard I try. Itry to hold on to the memories, but they feel so distant sometimes. It's like I'm holding on to something that's slipping through my fingers.I know he wouldn't want me to be sad all the time. He was always the one to make everyone laugh, to lighten the mood. I try to remind myself of that, to find joy in the little things, and to honor his memory by living my life to the fullest. It's still a struggle, and I don't think I'll everfully get over losing him. But I'm trying to take it one day at a time, to find comfort in the love and support of those around me. And I hope that wherever he is, he knows how much he's missed and loved.。

父亲节英语作文:Father’s Day

父亲节英语作文:Father’s Day

父亲节英语作文:Father’s DayWhen I was five, my biological father committed suicide. It left me feeling as though I'd done something wrong; that if I had been better somehow, maybe he'd have stayed around. My mother remarried shortly thereafter, and this man was my dad until I was nineteen. I called him Dad and used his name all through school. But, when he and my mother divorced, he just walked away. Once again, I wondered what was wrong with me that I couldn't keep a father.Mother remarried again, and Bob was a wonderful, kind man. I was twenty now and no longer living at home, but I felt a great love and attachment for him. A few years later my mother was diagnosed with cancer and was not given long to live. Shortly before she died, Bob came over to my house alone one day. We talked about a lot of things, and then he told me that he wanted me to know that he'd always be there for me, even after Mother was gone. Then he asked if he could adopt me.I could hardly believe my ears. Tears streamed down my face. He wanted me - me! This man had no obligation to me, but he was reaching out from his heart, and I accepted. During the adoption proceedings, the judge commented on all the undesirable duties of his profession and then with a tear in his eye, thanked us for brightening his day as he pronounced us father and daughter. I was twenty-five, but I was his little girl.Three short years later, Bob, too, was diagnosed with cancer and was gone within the year. At first I was hurt and angry at God for taking this father away too. But eventually the love and acceptance that I felt from Dad came through again, and I became, once more, grateful for the years we had.On Father's Day I always reflect on what I've learned about fatherhood. I've learned that it is not dependent on biology or even on raising a child. Fatherhood is a matter of the heart. Bob's gift from the heart will warm my soul for eternity.。

下面是店铺带来的父亲有关的英语作文(通用11篇),希望对大家有所帮助。

父亲的英语作文篇1“Father and son” is a very famous comic book, I know about it from one of my neighbor by accident. At first I laught at the ugly images of the characters, but I am surprised by the contents at last. The book talks about lots of funny scenes and the daily life between a father and his son. The son is quite naughty and always makes some a little trouble for his dad. But sometimes the boy is lovely and does some moving things. It shows us the amusing stories and the love between the father and son at the same time. However the most impressed thing is that the author who finished these funny and soothing pictures, lived in German’s wartime. Knowing of that special social background, I realize the optimistic spirit from this book. It became one of my collecting, I would never been losing interest with it and I even read it times by times for encouraging myself when I am in sadness.《父与子》是一本十分有名的漫画故事书,我偶然间从邻居那里看到这本书。

Daddy, may I please borrow $10?

A Good Boy Little Robert asked his mother for two cents. "What did you do with the money I gave you yesterday?" "I gave it to a poor old woman," he answered. "You're a good boy," said the mother proudly. "Here are two cents more. But why are you so interested in the old woman?" "She is the one who sells the candy."
“Why do you want more money if you already have some?” the father grumbled. “Because I didn’t have enough, but now I do,” the little boy replied. “Daddy, I have $20 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.”

I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?” pleaded the little boy. “If you must know, I make $20 an hour.” “Oh,” the little boy replied, with his head down. Looking up, he said, “Daddy, may I please borrow $10?” The father was furious, “If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard every day for such childish behavior.”
小罗伯特向妈妈要两分钱。 “昨天给你的钱干什么了?” “我给了一个可怜的老太婆,”他回答说。 “你真是个好孩子,”妈妈骄傲地说。 “再给你两分钱。可你为什么对那位老太 太那么感兴趣呢?e from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door. “Daddy, may I ask you a question?” “Yeah sure, what is it?” replied the man. “Daddy, how much do you make an hour?” “That’s none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?” the man said angrily.

No daddy, I’m awake,” replied the boy. “I’ve been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier,” said the man, “It’s been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here’s the $10you asked for.” The little boy sat straight up, smiling. “Oh, thank you daddy!” He yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man, seeing that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, then looked up at his father.

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy’s questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $10 and he really didn’t ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy’s room and opened the door. “Are you asleep, son?” He asked.
