【关键词】思科;ccna;packet tracer一、引言在当今的信息时代里,网络技术的发展、网络应用的普及,使得现代社会网络无处不在,各行各业对网络基础设施的投入显著增加,致使近年来网络服务业蓬勃发展,网络工程师现在几乎是所有商业成功的关键。
因此国内很多高职院校都开设了网络工程专业,每年都有大量的网络专业学生走出校门,很多学生并没有因为“网络”的热门还顺利的找到工作。
主要是由于毕业生所掌握的网络技能并不能满足企业的要求,许多公司还在竭力寻找拥有网络技术的人员来满足它们的需求。
市场对于网络工程师的需求与网络专业高职毕业生毕业即待业的矛盾已凸现出来,造成这种矛盾的因素有以下几方面:(1)课程设置。
很多高职院校对于该专业课程设置过旧,很多技术现在已不是主流但还作为教学内容,学生在学校学习到的知识无法直接满足日后的工作需要。
(2)实践方面。
目前网络设备供应商很多,国内的有华为、中兴、h3c、锐捷、神州数码等,国外有思科、艾尔卡特朗讯等,虽然设备都遵循rfc协议标准,但设备操作都存在一定的差异性。
高职院校网络实验室的设备大多数选取一家的网络设备(国外设备比较昂贵,大多数采用国内设备),学校设置的实验、实训都是针对这种设备而发开的,所以学生在整个学习过程中也就只熟悉该企业的设备,对于日后的工作设备多样性准备不足。
(3)学生方面。
职业教育区别于学历教育在于培养职业岗位技能教育。
但是很多高职学生对于学习主动性不够、实践能力不强,缺乏独立学习和思考的能力,并没有将职业教育的优点表现出来。
针对以上存在的问题,我院对网络专业课程进行调整,将业界领军企业思科ccna课程体系引入到我院网络工程专业高职生教育当中,改善课程的流程和提高课程内容的准确性,加入当前最新的内容和高级的技术,因此激发学生对于网络技术的学习热情,学生可以从中学到最新的网络技术。
