With the development of Information Technology, online shopping becomes more and more popular. Some hold the point of view that “Online shopping brings more harm than benefit to customers.” However, I would like to disagree with this opinion. I think that the advantages brought by online shopping far overweigh its disadvantages.

Firstly, facing with increasing work pressure of modern society, we have less and less spare time, and we would like to take full use of our leisure time to relax. Although shopping going out maybe a way for entertainment for some people, I would like to shopping online without going out to save more time to watch a movie or just for a good sleep. Online shopping provides me this approach to save time.

Moreover, online shopping is much more convenient than shopping outside. We have to go to different shops for different goods without online shopping. While shopping online, we can buy all we need just at home without going around.

Thirdly, restricted by geographical factors, we can only buy those goods around us. Online shopping eliminates these limiting factors. We can buy all kinds of goods from all areas of our country even the whole world. As a foodie, I can buy snakes of different places online.

Last but not the least, online shopping provides me a method to save money. There are so many Groupon promotions on the Internet, and I can buy goods at a lower price.

In conclusion, online shopping is a good way to saving time and money as well as a chance to taste different cates from different places. So, I think online shopping brings more benefit than harm to customers.
