冷负荷计算标准
冷负荷计算说明一、本工程冷负荷计算方法采用目前应用较多、以传递函数法为基础、通过研究和实验而得到的冷负荷系数法。
其中内维护结构按稳态传热计算。
二、维护结构冷负荷维护结构冷负荷,可以分为外维护结构和内维护结构两部分(一)、外维护结构冷负荷1、外窗冷负荷外窗冷负荷由两部分构成,即太阳辐射得热引起的冷负荷和温差传热引起的冷负荷。
(1)、太阳辐射得热通过玻璃引起的逐时冷负荷按下式计算:CL=C a ·C s ·C n ·F c ·D jmax ·C cl( W )(1)式中C a——窗有效面积系数;C s——窗玻璃遮挡系数;C n——窗内遮阳系数;F c——外窗面积(m2);D jmax——最大太阳辐射得热因素(W);C cl——外窗冷负荷系数。
(2)、温差传热通过玻璃窗引起的逐时冷负荷按下式计算:CL=k c·K C ·F c ·(t1+t d–t ns)( W )(2)式中k c——外窗传热系数修正值;K C——外窗夏季传热系数[W/(m2·℃)];F c——外窗面积(m2);t1——外窗冷负荷计算温度(℃);t d——外窗冷负荷计算温度地点修正值(℃);t ns——夏季室内设计温度(℃);2、外墙及屋面冷负荷温差传热通过外墙或屋面引起的逐时冷负荷按下式计算CL=K q ·F q ·(t2+t d–t ns)( W )(3)式中K q——外墙或屋面夏季传热系数[W/(m2·℃)];F q——外墙或屋面面积(m2);t1——外墙或屋面冷负荷计算温度(℃);t d——外墙或屋面冷负荷计算温度地点修正值(℃)。
三、室内冷负荷1、灯光照明引起的冷负荷按下式计算:CL=Q d·F d( W )(5)式中Q d——室内照明冷负荷估算指标(W/m2);F d——空调房间面积(m2)。
2、人体散热引起的冷负荷:CL=(0.9~0.95)•n •Q( W )(6)式中n——群集系数;Q——室内人员的全热散热量(W)。

(2) 设计热负荷计算,按稳定传热计算法计算,计算方法采用采暖负荷计算方法,将传热量作为空调房间的热负荷,室外设计温度按冬季空气调节计算温度采用。
5.2.2 空调房间或区域的得热量和冷负荷(以下简称房间得热量和房间冷负荷):(1) 房间得热量是指在某一时刻由室外和室内热源散人房间的热量之和,它分为显热得热和潜热得热,显热得热指由于传导、对流和辐射进入室内的得热量,潜热得热指由于进入室内的的湿量引起的得热量。
(2) 冷负荷是指为维持室内设定的温度,在某一时刻必须由空气调节系统从房间带走的热量。
(3) 当得热量中含有辐射成分时,由于房间围护结构和室内家具等物体对于辐射热的吸收蓄热和放热效应,这部分辐射得热量在转换成冷负荷的过程中,会随房间热工性能和房间几何形状等条件的不同而发生不同的衰减和延迟。
所以在某一时间的房间得热量不一定等于房间冷负荷。
只有在得热量中不包括辐射或围护结构与家具等室内物体没有蓄热能力的情况下,得热量与冷负荷相等。
5.2.3 空调房间或区域的夏季计算得热量,应根据下列各项确定:(1) 通过围护结构传人的热量;(2) 透过外窗进入的太阳辐射热量;(3) 人体散热量;(4) 照明散热量;(5) 设备、器具、管道及其他内部热源的散热量;(6) 食品或物料的散热量;(7) 渗透空气带人的热量;(8) 伴随各种散湿过程产生的潜热量。
(9)5.2.4 空调房间或区域的夏季冷负荷,应根据各项得热量的种类和性质以及空调房间或区域的蓄热特性分别进行计算。
5.2.5 通过围护结构进入的不稳定传热量、透过外窗进入的太阳辐射热量、人体散热量以及非全天使用的设备、照明灯具的散热量等形成的冷负荷,宜按不稳定传热方法计算确定;不应把上述得热量的逐时值直接作为各相应时刻冷负荷的即时值。
