年产5500吨聚羧酸钠盐型高分子分散剂的生产工艺流程设计
摘要
本设计为生产5500吨聚羧酸钠盐型高分子分散剂的生产工艺流程设计,经查阅资料和文献后采用溶液聚合生成甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯单体,再与丙烯酸、苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚合成聚羧酸钠盐型分散剂,同时综述了聚羧酸钠盐分散剂的应用状况和发展前景;对工艺流程的的原料选择,生成设备,反应合成的方法及路线制定出最佳的方案;对生产所需的物料及产生和消耗的热量进行衡量计算;根据对设备选型的计算结果,选用合适的设备投入工艺生产;绘制生产工艺流程图,反应釜图和厂房平面图。
经过对聚合实际情况分析,采用溶液聚合的工艺流程路线制备甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯,并将其与单体丙烯酸、苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚,得到目标产品,根据工业最佳配比,添加的聚乙二醇甲醚:丙烯酸=1:1;丙烯酸:苯乙烯磺酸钠:甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯=4:1:2。

Abstract
This project is manufacture process of Sodium polycarboxylate polymer dispersant, with expected annual producing up to 5500 tons. As the result of our research, our team made out the decision to produce the Sodium polycarboxylate polymer dispersant. In the first place, we will use the method of solution polymerization to prepare MPEGAA, and then it will participate in the copolymerization with acrylic acid and odium styrene sulfonate to the Sodium polycarboxylate polymer dispersant. We also depict the development status and development prospects of this dispersant. We believed we made the best choice in each process, including polymerization process, materials, process appliances, as well as operation method. We calculated the material balance and thermal balance; besides we have done calculation on equipment choosing, based on the calculation result, we meant to use the suitable equipment on the manufacture process line and draw production process flow chart, reaction kettle diagram and plant plan.
Based on our analyzing to the practical situation during polymerization, we adopt solution polymerization as the polymerizing method on this manufacture process to MPEGAA which reaction with acrylic acid and odium styrene sulfonate to produce the Sodium polycarboxylate
polymer dispersant. According to the best proportion, adding material BPA:MPEGAA:AA=1:1,AA:SSS:MPEGAA=4:1:2.
