天津市西青区实验小学300380第一篇章:历史代代相传,使命永担在肩杨柳青建镇于1214年,是中国四大历史名镇之一。

在党的十九大报告中,习总书记提出了乡村振兴战略,为实现农村地区脱贫致富指明了方向。

未来的杨柳青,将依托悠久的历史资源、宜人的生态环境、便捷的交通网络和完备的配套设施,以及“精致城区”的新规划定位,不断创新城市化建设蓝图,稳健推进城市化建设进程,使镇容镇貌日新月异,区域价值持续提升。

形成现代农业、现代服务业和高端制造业齐头并进融合发展的发展格局。

在城市建设的同时,杨柳青也不忘古镇文化的保护和非遗项目的传承,让人民安居乐业、收获幸福。

依托独特的地域优势,我们学校也不断发展变化,我校由两所学校合并而来——建于1909年的“天津县公立第一两等小学堂”和建于1968年的“光明路小学”,到2001年,两所学校合并,我们学校搬到了现在的地址。

1974年,按杨柳青小学的排列顺序,我校更名为“杨柳青镇第六小学”。

文革结束后,由于学校师资力量雄厚,学校很快步入发展“快车道”,学校很快成为西郊区人尽皆知的重点小学。

1983年,学校被评为“天津市初等教育先进单位”“天津市爱国卫生红旗单位”。

1986年,被评为“天津市科技活动先进校”。

1989年,为深化教育体制改革,使教育体制更适应我区经济的发展和符合教育本身的精神,区教育局决定设立一所实验小学。

经一九八九年九月一日区人民政府十八次会议研究,杨柳青第六小学从1989~1990学年度开学之日起,改名为天津市西郊区实验小学。

由区教育局直接领导作为西郊区师范学校学生实习和区教学科研研究基地。

1991年9月18日,时任天津市副市长钱其敖、区长王怀勤和全校师生共同参加了学校综合教学楼落成庆典。

冯克文认为,了解烈士的英雄事迹,对给我们带来安定幸福生活的人心怀敬意,学生才能不忘本、才能自觉传承红色精神。

追根溯源的过程身临其境,学生受到的心灵震撼远比死记硬背理论知识大得多。

充分依托与利用社会资源丰富思政教育路径的同时,学校也着力营造浓厚的红色育人环境。

开设思政大讲堂,邀请天津赴鄂抗疫英雄、南开大学马克思主义学院专家、市委区委党校教师入校授课;拓展社会实践课程,带领学生走进北京圆明园、天津博物馆、天津周邓纪念馆、天津平津战役指挥部等开展研学活动,到霍元甲武术学校观看爱国主义武术表演剧。

“绿色生命教育”是以绿色为校园基色,在认识、尊重自然生命生长规律基础上,学校通过丰富多彩的教育教学活动,使学生在生命体验中实现生命的健康成长和全面、和谐、可持续发展。

一、聚焦核心素养,构建生命教育课程体系学校围绕学生发展核心素养,从生命成长的角度构建基于校本的、特色的绿色生命教育课程体系,为学生发展核心素养搭建多层次平台。

第一层,生命安全类课程,激励学生做生命的“行者”。

包括自救自护和疏散演练,生物学科的“神奇的生命”和德育处的“生命教育”“生命与安全”读本等。

第一方面:开展绿色生命教育的依据依据一:国家教育改革和发展规划:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中多次提到把“育人为本”作为教育工作的根本要求,明确提出要重视生命教育,把促进学生成长成才作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点。

通过回顾学校近七十年的发展历程,特别是总结近十年来杨柳青一中的发展特点和发展趋向,我们将学校的育人目标定位为:人格健全、科学素养和人文素养兼备的创新人才。

因此,高中教育必须尊重学生身心发展的内在本性;必须为生命的自由成长创造条件,为学生的发展服务。

依据二:学校发展需要生命教育是现代教育的呼唤。

杨柳青一中在2009年春天启动了“绿色生命教育”,探索了一条“为每位学生终身发展奠基为每位教师幸福人生护航”的特色发展之路,初步形成了“绿色人文管理”“绿色生态课堂”“绿色情感德育”“绿色生态校园”四大教育阵地。

三年来,我们以“绿色生命教育”为学校特色建设的抓手,促进学校内涵发展,取得了初步成果。

一是,学校校园环境和师生学习工作环境面貌一新,三年间改造室内外环境200余处。

健康、和谐、发展的师生面貌成为学校文化的标志。

二是,“主动学习深入研究共同发展”的工作主题,促进了教师的专业发展和幸福成长,老师们创业的激情和工作的热情,为学校可持续发展注入了不竭动力。

三是,开设“课改大讲堂”,专家引领下,开展教学研讨,开启了教学改革的新起点。

初步形成了“四五四”生态化有效教学模式,各学科一科多模的课堂形式初见成效。

四是,情感体验丰富的特色班级活动、社团活动、阳光体育活动为学生综合素养的提升搭建了广阔的平台,德育研讨模式、首席班主任工程为班主任的专业成长搭桥铺路。

特色高中建设项目申报报告杨柳青一中绿色生命教育尊敬的各位专家:下午好!我是杨柳青一中校长韦芳。

下面我从项目建设依据、特色内涵及解读、整体思路、实施措施步骤四个方面,介绍杨柳青一中特色建设项目:绿色生命教育。

不当之处,恳请专家指正。

第一方面:开展绿色生命教育的依据依据一:国家教育改革和发展规划:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中多次提到把“育人为本”作为教育工作的根本要求,明确提出要重视生命教育,把促进学生成长成才作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点。

通过回顾学校近七十年的发展历程,特别是总结近十年来杨柳青一中的发展特点和发展趋向,我们将学校的育人目标定位为:人格健全、科学素养和人文素养兼备的创新人才。

因此,高中教育必须尊重学生身心发展的内在本性;必须为生命的自由成长创造条件,为学生的发展服务。

依据二:学校发展需要生命教育是现代教育的呼唤。

杨柳青一中在2009年春天启动了“绿色生命教育”,探索了一条“为每位学生终身发展奠基为每位教师幸福人生护航”的特色发展之路,初步形成了“绿色人文管理”“绿色生态课堂”“绿色情感德育”“绿色生态校园”四大教育阵地。

三年来,我们以“绿色生命教育”为学校特色建设的抓手,促进学校内涵发展,取得了初步成果。

一是,学校校园环境和师生学习工作环境面貌一新,三年间改造室内外环境200余处。

健康、和谐、发展的师生面貌成为学校文化的标志。

二是,“主动学习深入研究共同发展”的工作主题,促进了教师的专业发展和幸福成长,老师们创业的激情和工作的热情,为学校可持续发展注入了不竭动力。

三是,开设“课改大讲堂”,专家引领下,开展教学研讨,开启了教学改革的新起点。

初步形成了“四五四”生态化有效教学模式,各学科一科多模的课堂形式初见成效。

四是,情感体验丰富的特色班级活动、社团活动、阳光体育活动为学生综合素养的提升搭建了广阔的平台,德育研讨模式、首席班主任工程为班主任的专业成长搭桥铺路。

依据三:生命教育初步成果得到专家肯定近三年,杨柳青一中先后被北京师范大学生命教育课题组授予“全国生命教育实验学校”和“全国生命教育示范学校”荣誉称号,2011年杨柳青一中被评为“天津教育十大特色学校”,2012年春天成功承办了“全国生命教育年会”,展示了学校“绿色生命教育”阶段性成果。

我们希望通过“绿色生命教育”特色实验项目的推进,进一步挖掘学校文化内涵和办学新路,将绿色生命教育核心理念“健康、和谐、发展”进一步发展为每一位师生的生活理念和价值追求,进而为广大农村地区高中学校的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考价值。

第二方面,“绿色生命教育”内涵及解读我们认为,“绿色生命教育”是指以生命为核心,通过创设绿色的物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和课程文化,让师生共同感知生命存在,体验生命历程,提升生命质量,获得生命价值的教育实践活动。

著名教育家、中科院院士杨叔子说过:“‘科学求真,人文求善,现代教育应是科学教育与人文教育相融而形成一体的绿色教育。

’绿色之于教育,则意味着对生命个体的最大尊重,意味着教育的可持续发展,意味着教与学的和谐统一。

”将绿色作为学校里的“教育基色”,与师生的身心成长融为一体,体现了学校对每一个师生的人文关怀。

生命教育是在生命活动中进行教育,是通过生命活动进行教育,是为了生命而进行教育。

生命教育的终极目标在于认识和尊重生命、感悟和呵护生命,完善和发展生命,培养一种积极生活的精神态度。

基于生命自然特征、精神特征和社会特征,我们将“绿色生命教育”定位三个词:健康、和谐、发展,具体地说是“身心健康、教与学和谐统一和有价值的发展”。

“绿色生命教育”将绿色与生命融为一体,将教育与绿色与生命和谐归一。

“绿色生命教育”是在尊重自然生命生长规律的同时,将教育深入到精神层面,唤醒生命的主体意识,通过学校丰富多彩的教育教学内容,使学生在生命体验中实现知识的有效转化以及综合素质的全面发展,进而引导学生追求生命价值与生命意义的一种学校教育体系。

三、实施“绿色生命教育”的目标与思路我们的整体目标是:通过“绿色生命教育”的深层次研究和实践,将学校切实引入内涵发展和特色建设之路上来。

我们力求培养的学生既获得知识和智能的发展,又获得情感和人文素养的发展,符合国家对未来创新人才的要求。

按照目标,我们整体构建了学校未来三年的发展蓝图。

经过我们进一步分析和论证,进一步完善了四大教育阵地,分别是“绿色生命文化体系”“绿色生命课程”、“绿色生命课堂”、“绿色生命活动”。

每一个阵地建设项目,我们都力求做到有措施成体系,力争用三年时间,在学校文化、课程体系、教学模式、学生个性养成及教师专业成长方面实现全方位改革,全面提升学校的办学品质和文化内涵:(下面,请各位专家边听汇报,边查阅我们制定的措施步骤表格)“构建绿色生命文化体系”的具体目标是:形成关注师生生命发展的“精神文化”、彰显教育价值取向的“物质文化”、体现人文关怀的“制度文化”、富有生命情怀的“课堂文化”。

四位一体,文化引领促内涵发展,从教师培养、教与学活动、师生的行为方式以及学校的传统、仪式、典礼和学校环境、建筑方面整体提升学校精神追求和行为方式的体现,创设生机勃勃的生命化校园。

“构建绿色生命课程”的具体目标是:完成三级课程体系构建,一是挖掘国家课程中生命教育内涵。

根据教育部对社会主义核心价值体系融入课程的改革要求,深入挖掘生命教育资源,重点在认知和情感教学目标上体现健康、和谐、发展的绿色生命教育内涵,助推学校的教学改革;二是建立校本课程体系,根据学校学科特点,逐步开发各学科校本课程;三是开展学生实践体验课程,以手册形式记录学生在劳动实践、军训活动、社区服务、社会实践、研究性学习、通用技术实践、异域文化体验活动中的成长历程,从而培养积极的生命情感,体验生命的价值和意义。

“构建绿色生命课堂”的具体目标是:以打造“高效、和谐”的绿色生命课堂为目标,开展课堂教学改革。

进一步深化杨柳青一中“四五四”绿色生命课堂教学模式的研究,围绕学校主导课题和各个学科子课题,进行生命课堂运行机制的研究,形成各学科不同课型的教学模式。

在一校一模、一科多模的基础上,每位教师根据具体的教学对象和教学内容,形成一模多法,即体现教师本人独特个性的生命课堂教学风格。

“开展绿色生命活动”的具体目标是:开展“认识和呵护生命、尊重和感悟生命、完善和发展生命”系列主题活动,尊重学生个性发展,进一步挖掘和开发教育资源,重点从学生社团活动、班级自主管理活动和阳光体育活动,形成关系和谐、积极发展的特色班级,形成主动发展的生命境界。

四、绿色生命教育实施的措施和步骤我们将2013年2月至2014年2月定为“特色建设启动年”将2014年2月至2015年2月定为“特色建设提升年”将2015年2月至2016年2月定为“特色建设成果年”下面我就把各个项目的实施步骤和措施依次向各位专家介绍:在“绿色生命文化体系”方面:启动年:西青区委区政府实施杨柳青一中三期工程建设,涵盖绿色生命教育科技中心、心理健康教育中心、新建图书馆等。

全面启动校园环境提升工程。

结合高中现代化达标要求,完成人性化学校管理制度的整理和汇编;论证并确立新时期学校办学理念、一训三风,提升学校精神文化的定位;进一步研究“四五四”生命课堂模式,力争形成“健康、和谐、发展”的课堂文化。

提升年:完成三期工程的创新形象设计、装修和功能设施的配置工作。

以杨柳青一中70年校庆为契机,对学校办学历史进行梳理,对学校的文化、办学成果等进行广泛宣传。

评选最受学生欢迎的教师、一中优秀学子。

通过广泛征求意见、专家研讨,凝练“一中精神”。

成果年:三期工程投入使用,形成学校的文化标志。

进一步打造幽雅的校园环境,进一步完善师生丰富多彩的活动,精神生活充实幸福,促进师生文化发展。

形成凸显一中精神的文化特色。

每一位教师都快乐工作,幸福生活;每一位学生都健康成长,有所特长。

在“绿色生命课程”方面:启动年:对国家课程,通过研究高中新课标,挖掘生命教育课程资源,确立生命教育学科渗透课程体系,形成各学科生命教育学科渗透教材分析报告及教学实施方案,完成校级生命教育学科渗透专题研讨会。

校本课程建设上,采用各学科“同时启动,示范先行”的原则,对有一定校本课程研发基础的学科重点建设,完成心理、音乐、美术、体育、物理、生物、德育七个学科的校本教材编写。

在社会体验课程方面,建立学生劳动实践和军训生活的个性化成长记录手册。

提升年:国家课程上,开展行动研究,利用一科多模、一模多法的研讨形式对学科渗透生命教育进一步研究,形成典型课例形成教学设计体系,召开区级研讨会。

在体验课程上,为学生建立社区服务、社会实践、通用技术、异域文化体验课程成长记录手册。

在已经开发的校本课程的基础上,完成化学、语文、数学、体育、德育校本资源开发和校本教材的编写工作。

成果年:形成学科渗透生命教育典型课例丛书,完成学科渗透生命教育的课程论证和成果推广,举办市级以上生命教育学科渗透专题研讨会;开发形成各学科校本课程,完成标本教材的编写,形成优秀校本课程课例;学生社会体验课程记录学生高中阶段的成长历程,彰显学校“健康、和谐、发展”的人文关怀。

在“绿色生命课堂”方面:启动年:主导课题《高中生命课堂运行机制的研究》引领下,深化杨柳青一中绿色生命课堂“四五四”教学模式的研究、初步形成杨柳青一中绿色生命课堂教学评价标准、科学规范学校校本教研模式的研究。

规范教师培养机制,以理论培训、专家引领、校级研讨、同伴互助、个性化实践等方式开展教师队伍建设,推选出首席班主任和校名班主任、校名师。

提升年:由教务处、学科组完成不同课型学科教学模式的研究,各学科完成学科模式的论证和确立。

通过校内培养、国内外各种培训,通过参加各种比赛如天津市双优杯比赛及国家级各种大赛,参加教师学术论坛、班主任论坛等得到锻炼和提升。

培养出一批有较大影响力的研究型教师团队。

成果年:一校一模、一课多模的研究基础上,培养“一模多法”的课堂改革模式,培养树立特色教师,彰显个性化教学风格,体现教师培养的人性化和多元性。

经过高级研修、国内国际交流,示范引领,支持教师著书立说,培养在天津市及国内有影响的名教师团队。

创立名特色教师工作室。

在“绿色生命活动”方面:我们围绕“三活动三中心”开展特色建设。

启动年:通过社团巡礼活动、班级特色班级自主管理活动、阳光体育大课间活动,对已有工作成果总结和创新,形成社团活动、班级活动和大课件体育活动系列活动成果。

培养优秀班主任和专兼职心理健康教师,选拔出优秀心理辅导教师并推出优秀心理健康教育课。

初步形成艺体课校本教材。

提升年:三个系列活动成果完成区级特色活动展示和交流,优秀成果参加区级文艺展演。

此阶段,我们要完成生命教育心理层面校本课程开发,形成校本教材。

完成艺术中心和体育中心的改造和扩建工程。
