Abstract
With the rapid development of highway construction, more and more asphalt pavement pass through mountainous areas,so route design will inevitably encounter the problem of slope, and the large longitudinal slope asphalt pavement is the rut disease serious section, so it has a great impact on traffic safety and traffic capacity. Therefore, to carry out the large longitudinal slope of Asphalt Pavement Rutting mechanism analysis is very necessary.
根据长大上坡路段重载、慢速的交通特性,设计多因素车辙试验,研究了温度、 速度以及轴载三个因素对路表车辙、沥青路面各层永久变形以及剪应力和压应力的影 响,得出各状态下的应力与应变的规律,根据数据得出的曲线进行分析,发现三个因 素均会导致剪应力的明显增大,从而加重车辙病害。
运用 ABAQUS 有限元软件进行了沥青路面永久变形的数值模拟,分析了轴载、 温度和速度三个因素对路表车辙、沥青路面各层永久变形以及剪应力和压应力的影 响,分析结果与实际试验结果基本吻合,发现沥青面层各层的变形与路面剪应力的分 布密切相关,各层永久变形所占比例与现场调查的结论一致。
This paper firstly discusses the definition of large longitudinal slope of asphalt pavement. Then through the BISAR software analysis of asphalt pavement in different slope conditions, pavement with different depth of compressive stress, shear stress distribution and the level of stress. And through the investigation based on actual road, obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of large longitudinal slope asphalt pavement of rutting, And put forward the rutting causes.
本文对长大纵坡沥青路面进行了界定。通过 BISAR 软件分析了沥青路面在不同 坡度情况下,路面不同深度压应力、剪应力以及水平应力的分布情况。通过对实际路 段的现场调查,得到了长大上坡路段车辙的空间分布特征,提出了车辙的成因。
通过不同温度和加载频率下的动态模量试验研究,推导出 AC13 沥青混合料的动 态模量主曲线,分析了时间和温度对沥青混合料蠕变影响的等效性,应用非线性粘弹 性体的时间—温度等效原理,推导出了不同温度相对参考温度的移位因子,然后从时 温等效原理出发,分析了温度和时间对沥青路面车辙的影响。

Large Longitudinal Slope of Asphalt Pavement Deformation Mechanism Analysis
Through the experimental study on dynamic modulus of different temperature and frequency, Derive the dynamic modulus master curve of AC13 asphalt mixture, and analyzes the equivalent of influence on asphalt mixture creep between time and temperature. Application of nonlinear viscoelastic body time temperature equivalence principle, deduces the shift factors at different temperature relative to the reference temperature, and then from the time-temperature equivalent principle, analyzes the influence of temperature and time on the asphalt pavement rutting.
According to the traffic characteristics heavy and slow of large longitudinal slope asphalt pavement, design rutting test of multiple factors, research the effects of temperature, speed and load on rutting, each layer of permanent deformation, shear stress and compressive stress, obtain the rules of stress and strain. according to the analysis of data from the curve, it was found that three factors will lead to increased shear stress, thereby increasing the rut disease.

随着我国公路建设事业的飞速发展,越来越多的沥青路面公路向山区延伸或经 过,路线设计中不可避免会遇到长坡问题,而长大上坡路段是车辙病害严重路段,这 样就极大的影响了行车的安全和通行能力。因此,开展长大上坡路段沥青路面车辙机 理分析十分必要。

Carry on the numerical simulation of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement with the ite element software ABAQUS, analyzes the effects of temperature, speed and load on rutting, each layer of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement, shear stress and compressive stress, the analysis results are in good agreement with the actual test results, discovery each layer of permanent deformation is relate to the distribution of the shear stress, and the proportion of each layer of permanent deformation is consistent with the conclusion of the field investigation.
Finally, combining the above analysis of the large longitudinal slope of Asphalt Pavement Rutting mechanism, puts forward corresponding prevention suggestions from the angle of active control.
最后,结合前文对于长大上坡沥青路面车辙病害形成机理的分析,从主动防治角 度提出相应的防治建议。
