摘要

新员工入职培训指的是企业为了新入职到公司的员工,专门提供的定向培训,新员工培训不仅可以为企业发掘有才能有潜力的员工,还能在此过程中传播企业的文化,并为企业打造出优秀的企业团队,同时能在行业竞争中取得很大优势。新员工入职培训是一个企业将社会人员通过培训变为本企业员工的一个过程,是员工从一个团队融入到另一个新的团队的过程,在此过程中,员工逐渐熟悉并且适应企业环境,重新规划职业生涯、自我定位、开始发挥才自己潜能的过程。因此在培训前,对该企业的规章制度以及工作环境并不熟悉,对企业缺乏安全感以及归属感,并且工作压力及人际关系等问题也会对新员工造成极大的困扰。因此,通过岗前培训以及专业技能培训,建立员工与企业之间信任感和安全感的最有效方式即为新员工培训。

本文将针对新员工入职培训进行深入的分析和探索,详细阐述了新员工培训在企业中的重要性,通过对包头钢铁有限责任公司新员工培训现状的分析,指出了其新员工培训存在的主要问题。利用相关的培训理论,结合包头钢铁有限责任公司的实际情况并针对其新员工培训存在的问题提出了解决方案,使其培训工作更加完善,从而最大限度的为企业提供优质人才资源。

Abstract

New employee induction training refers to the targeted training specifically provided by the company for new employees to the company. New employee training can not only discover talented and potential employees for the company, but also spread the corporate culture in the process Enterprises create excellent enterprise teams, and at the same time, they can achieve great advantages in industry competition. Onboarding training for new employees is a process in which an enterprise transforms social personnel into employees of the company through training. It is a process for employees to integrate from one team to another new team. During this process, employees gradually become familiar with and adapt to the corporate environment. The process of planning a career, positioning yourself, and starting to realize your potential. Therefore, before the training, they were unfamiliar with the company's regulations and working environment, lacked a sense of security and belonging to the company, and problems such as work pressure and interpersonal relationships would also cause great problems for new employees. Therefore, the most effective way to build trust and security between employees and enterprises through pre-job training and professional skills training is to train new employees.

This article will conduct in-depth analysis and exploration of new employee induction training, elaborate on the importance of new employee training in the enterprise, through the analysis of the status of new employee training in Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., pointed out the main existence of its new employee training problem. Using relevant training theories, combined with the actual situation of Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and put forward solutions to the problems of the training of its new employees, its training work is more perfect, so as to provide enterprises with high-quality talent resources.
