摘要： DNA microarrays, and the present invention is corrected based on the
mathematical model of the new fluorescence measurements of gene expression in the control group and comparison group as measured by DNA chip experiments. Then, based on the scatter plot has been corrected, the present invention is to construct a new X-Y-axis system with the X axis the axis which is proportional to the fluorescence intensity of the gene. And, then, sets a window consisting of a fixed number of genes on the X-axis,
the present invention determines the confidence limit point of any significance level based on student's t- distribution within each window. And then, a certain gene by moving the window in the X-axis direction, the present invention determines the confidence limits each point. And, the invention is complemented by smoothing (spline) confidence limits points obtained, and change in expression trusted curve. The present invention extracts as variable gene a gene located outside the altered expression confidence curve obtained.
