一、 National Marine Pasture Construction Planning(2023-2025)
1、 Introduction
China is a country with a wide range of coastline and rich marine resources. In recent years, due to the over-exploitation of agricultural land and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's demand for animal products has increased significantly, resulting in a rapid growth of animal husbandry industry. In order to meet the increasing demand for animal products, the development of marine animal husbandry should be focused on, namely the development of marine pasture.
2、 Current Situation of Marine Pasture Construction in China
At present, the development of marine pasture in China has made great progress. China has built many large-scale marine ranches such as Jiangsu and Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong,
Fujian and Hainan. Most of these marine pasture construction projects are based on existing ecological resources and traditional fishing operations, and therefore they are
relatively low in cost and low in risk.
In addition, in order to promote the development of China's marine pasture construction, the government has also formulated
a series of relevant policies to guide and support the development of China's marine pasture construction. For example, in 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture released the Plan for the Development of Marine Pasture in China (2023-2025) to promote the development of marine pasture in China.

In order to promote the development of China's marine pasture construction, and in accordance with the Plan for the Development of Marine Pasture in China (2023-2025), the
following plans shall be implemented:
(1) Establish a unified national marine pasture construction standard, and formulate the relevant implementation rules and regulations to ensure the sustainability of marine pasture construction.
(2) Strengthen the research and development of marine pasture construction technology, and provide technical guidance support for various types of marine pasture construction projects.
(3) Pay attention to the protection of marine ecological environment during marine pasture construction, and formulate corresponding management measures to ensure the safety of marine ecological environment.
(4) Strengthen the investment in marine pasture construction, and provide financial support for the development of marine pasture construction projects.
(5) Establish a marine pasture construction fund and
relevant incentive policies to further promote the development
of marine pasture construction.
(6) Strengthen the publicity and promotion of marine pasture construction, so as to further increase people's awareness of marine pasture construction.
五、Conclusion
Marine pasture construction is an important part of our country's marine economy. With the implementation of the
relevant policies of the National Marine Pasture Construction Plan (2023-2025), we believe that the development of marine pasture construction in China will be further accelerated, and
the economic and social benefits of marine pasture construction will be further improved.。
