Who 和 whose
Who 和whose 都是疑问代词，用来构成特殊疑问句，whose是who的所有格形式。 Who “谁”，对人称代词进行提问，一般在句中作主语，后面不接名词。 eg: Who is the man over there? --- He is Mr. Jones---our homeroom teacher. Whose “谁的”，对物主代词和名词所有格进行提问，后面必须接名词。 Eg: Whose coat is this? ----It’s Bob’s
