Contract for Residential Tenancy Agreement
This Residential Tenancy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is entered into by and between the Landlord and the Tenant, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties, on this [date], with the following terms and conditions:
1. Property Description:
The Landlord agrees to lease the property located at [property address] (hereinafter referred to as "the Property"), to the Tenant for residential purposes only.
2. Term of Tenancy:
