Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [date] and between [landlord's name] ("Landlord") and [tenant's name] ("Tenant").
1. Property
The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the premises located at [property address] ("Premises"), consisting of [description of the property, including number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.].

3. Rent

The Premises shall be used solely for residential purposes and shall not be used for any illegal or unethical activities.
8. Insurance
The Landlord and Tenant shall each obtn and mntn insurance coverage for their respective interests in the Premises.
9. Default and Termination
If the Tenant fls to pay the Rent or otherwise breaches this Agreement, the Landlord may give the Tenant written notice of default. If the default is not cured within [number of days] of the notice, the Landlord may terminate this Agreement and regn possession of the Premises.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [state or country where the property is located].
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Landlord and Tenant and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
