二、STORY RETELLING
1.ACA502 from Switzerland to Seattle, 51t fuel, hold over destination. Maybe too heavy to land . Request to waste fuel. First time wait 29` second time 26` third time 28` first time try to land but miss approach ,second time declare emergency fuel ,finally crash to ground.
2.1972.12.8 New York to Chicago ,Chicago controller instructed reduce speed to 180 then 160. Commence approach 2` later. It reached outer marker, maybe the speed too low crew require go around. During going around, aircraft lost control and crash into building.
3.1985.3.12 Chicago a B737 broke into two parts when landing. The front part is 1000 feet beyond. Tower instructed the approaching aircraft go around. The third one landed. Fortunately on the center circle, nobody was killed.

5.2.17 CCA102 B737 Air America A320 crashed into each other at north of RWY 18. CCA102 seriously damaged, A320 left wind damaged. Controller cleared A320 take off. CCA102 was checking at TWY. RWY incursion. Pilot report to the controller but crashed at last.
5. A plane from New York city to Tokyo, it found smoke from cabin and it caught on fire, the polite asked for diverting to Boston. But unfortunately, it crashed into a little village, all the passengers died except a baby.
6. flew a flight to a hospital. President Clinton was there. The controllers want to have a look at him and the security guards did not allow the plane to land. SAS996 landed on runway 36L.ATC instructed SWR111 descent 900m, crew keep 1800m to check repair cabin.CES5321 take off, requited return due No.2 engine failure. ATC vectoring CES5321 ILS approach, crew required maintain level, after checking, the engine is ok, required direct to XS.

CSN3343,require taxi, taxiway A4, A. Holding point of R/W 36R。

On taxiway A traffic report unknown vehicle. ATC ask whether taxi back to apron4。

CSN3343 stuck in mud. ask for tow.ATC say engineer and tow are ready at taxi way exit。

CES5325 required descent to 5100m by ACC, reaching before KG。

Radar vectoring ILS approach R/W 36R Heading 180 descent from 3300
to1200, then contact Tower on 124.35.
Tower: Report outmaker. VIS is poor, clear to land. Wind 330 6m/s, gusting 8m/s. CES5235 go around, hold at DA standard procedure, contact APP.
APP advise to alternative airport, but CES5235 want to try another approach, APP vectoring for another approach. Heading 330 ILS approach runway 36R, go around again, climb to 4800m and direct KG, fly to alternate Changsha.
6.CES5321起飞前跑道上有飞机未脱离,ATC指示CES5321等待,并让DAL303复飞。

ATC告诉CES5321跑道上无障碍物,在滑行道上有飞机。

CES5321上升到7800m,快速通过6600m,飞行员报告6600m有中到严重颠簸。

CES5321宣布MAYDAY并要求备降到最近几场,ATC推荐合肥。
