【摘要】Gastric cancer is a common digestive tract malignant tumor,which involes many steps,such as the interac-tion of polygenic complex process.Long non -coding RNAs (lncRNAs)are a type of transcript longer than 200 nu-cleotides and have no protein -coding function and extensive role in regulating gene expression.A large number of studies have shown that lncRNAs are abnormally expressed in various kinds of cancers.The aberrant expression of ln-cRNAs plays an important role in tumorigenesis.Nowadays,more and more studies indicate the aberrant lncRNAs play oncogenic or suppressor role in the progression of gastric cancer.This article aims to review the latest research pro-gress of lncRNAs in gastric cancer.%胃癌的发生涉及多步骤、多基因的相互作用等复杂过程。

长链非编码 RNA（long non －coding RNA，lncRNA）是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的无蛋白质编码功能却被证明具有广泛的基因表达调控作用的RNA 分子。

许多研究已经证实，lncRNA 在多种类型肿瘤中存在异常表达，且在肿瘤发生、发展的过程中具有重要的作用。

目前，研究证实 lncRNA 在胃癌中异常表达，发挥潜在的促癌和抑癌的作用。

本文就在胃癌中lncRNA 表达的最新研究进展作一综述。
