一、形容词adj.和副词adv.区分运用
1.形容词adj.
(1)adj. + 名；如：Father gave me a beautiful bike. 爸爸给我一辆漂亮的自行车。

(2)系+ adj. ；如：Our classroom is big and clean. 我们的教室又大又干净。

(3)实动+ sb./sth. + adj.如：I find it interesting to learn English.我发现学习英语有趣。

2.副词adv.
(1)动+ adv. 如：John spoke loudly to the old man.约翰大声地跟那位老人说话。

(2)adv. + adj./adv. 如：The tree is very tall.这棵树非常高。

(3)adv.+句子如：Luckily, nobody was hurt.幸运的是，没有人受伤。

二、形容词adj.和副词adv.的三级变化及运用
大多数形容词和副词有三个等级：原级比较级最高级

三、形容词和副词的原级、比较级和最高级的用法。

（一）没有比较通常用原形（原级）
如：1.The boy is handsome.2.Tom runs very fast.3.The socks are quite expensive.
（二）形容词原级的常用句型：
1. 肯定：…as+原级+as…“…和…一样
如：（1）You are as tall as me. = You are as tall as I (am) . （2）He has as many books as I (have). （3）This computer runs as fast as that one.
2.否定…not as/so+原级+as…“…不如…如：
（1）This jacket isn’t as(so) cheap as that one.
（2）She doesn’t have as(so) many books as I have.
（3) Henry doesn’t study as(so) hard as his eld er brother.
3.倍数句型：
A is…times as + adj./adv. (big/wide/deep/long) + as B.= A is …times the + n.(size/width/depth/length) +of B.
= A is …times + adj.比较级+than
如：The room is twice as big as mine.=The room is twice the size of mine.=The room is twice bigger than mine.
4. so+ adj.原级+that丛句
such+名短＋that丛句
如：He is so big that he can’t enter the room by the door .
5. …too+ adj.原级+ to do sth. 如：He is too young to join the army.
6. adj.原级+ enough to do sth. 如：This truck is big enough to carry 5 tons.
（三）比较级：表示两者（人或事物）的比较。

形容词比较级的常用句型
1.A+比较级+than B “A比B更……如：（1）You are taller than me. = You are taller than I
(am).
2.（2）I don’t think his writing is more beautiful than yours.
3.. the+比较级+of the two “两者中更…的一个如：He is the stronger of the two boys.
3.Which is + 比较级，…or…? “哪个更……? 如：Which is longer, this one or that one？
4.比较级+and+比较级“越来越……
如：（1）The weather is getting warmer and warmer.（2）Our school is getting more and more beautiful.
5.the+比较级…,the+比较级…“越……,越……如：The more exercise you do, the healthier you will become.
（四）最高级：表示三者或三者以上（人或事物）的比较，其中有一个在某一方面超过其他几个。

形容词最高级的常用句型
1. …one of the+最高级+名词复数如：Lu Xun is one of the greatest writers last century.
2. …最高级+ of +参比成员/in+单位集体如：Of all the movie stars, I think Zhang Ziyi is the best.
3.This is/was the+最高级+名词+that定从如：This is the worst film that I have seen these
years
4.…(the )+最高级+ of +参比成员/in+单位集体‘…是最….
如：（1）Bob is the tallest boy in our school.（2）He is the kindest man that I have ever met.
（3）Li Tao jumps (the) farthest of all .（4）She is the most careful student of us three.
5. …the second(third …)+最高级+(名词)+ 范围短语“……是第二(三……)……”
如：The Chongming Island is the third biggest island in China.
6.最高级( 特殊疑问句)，…，…or …? “哪个更……?”如：Who is the youngest, Jim, Tom or Jenny?.
7.…one of the+最高级(形)+名词(复)+表示范围的短语“……是……当中最……之一”
如：Shanghai is one of the biggest cities in China.
注:形容词最高级前要加the,副词最高级前可加可不加
（五）比较级与最高级的互换
any other +单数= the other +复数如：He is the tallest in his class. = He is taller than any other student in his class.
或He is taller than the other students in his class.
特别提示：1.原级修饰词;very, so, too, quite ,rather2.比较级的修饰语：much, still ,a lot , far, even, twice ,a little
