Unmoved, the wolf snarled, "Well, six months ago, you insulted my father."
"But, sir," protested the lamb, "I wasn't even born six months ago."
"Well, then it must have been your mother," snapped the wolf. "Regardless, I'm going to eat you."
And with that, the wolf pounced on the lamb and devoured it.
