【摘要】背景:功能性消化不良(FD)是一种常见的消化道疾病,心理因素在其发病中起重要作用.氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片是目前中国使用最广泛的抗轻中度焦虑抑郁的药物.目的:系统评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗中国FD的疗效.方法:通过中国知识资源总库检索有关比较氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物(治疗组)与常规药物(对照组)治疗FD疗效的随机对照试验,采用Jadad量表行质量评分,应用RevMan 5.0软件行Meta分析.结果:共纳入23项随机对照试验,包括1983例FD患者.治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(RR=1.40,95％ CI:1.33 ～1.47,P＜0.05).亚组分析显示氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合多潘立酮、西沙必利和莫沙必利的疗效均优于相应对照组(P＜0.05).结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物可明显提高FD的疗效,且安全性较高.%Background: Functional dyspepsia ( FD) is a common digestive disease, and psychologic factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of FD. Flupentixol + melitracen is the most widely used drug for the treatment of mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression in China. Aims: To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol + melitracen as adjunctive therapy on Chinese patients with FD. Methods: China National Knowledge Infrastructure was retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials ( RCT) that compared the therapeutic effect of
flupentixol + melitracen plus conventional drug (treatment group) with conventional drug ( control group). Jadad quality scale was used to assess the quality score of RCT. Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5. 0 software. Results: Twenty-three RCT involving 1983 FD patients were enrolled. The total efficacy rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group ( RR =1.40, 95% CI; 1. 33-1. 47, P < 0. 05). Subcategory analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of flupentixol + melitracen combined with domperidone, cisapride and mosapride was significantly superior to that of corresponding controls (P < 0.05). Conclusions-. Flupentixol + melitracen combined with conventional drug can improve the therapeutic effect of FD with high safety.
