【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of postmenopausal uterus bleeding leading to the endometrial
lesions.Methods 92 patients with postmenopausal uterus bleeding from our hospital in March,2009~March, 2011 were observed the coincidence rate of ultrasonic inspection and curet age and pathological examination results.To compare the postmenopausal age,menopause,endometrial thickness,uterus size of benign group and malignant group.Results Ultrasound examination showed:74 cases of abnormal,18 cases of normal,the abnormal rate was 80.43%;pathological examination showed 12 cases of benign lesions,80 cases of malignant lesions, the abnormal rate was 86.96%;The postmenopausal age,menopause, endometrial thickness,uterus size of two groups had significant differences ( <0.05). Conclusion Endometrial lesions is a common disease in postmenopausal women,the postmenopausal age,menopause, endometrial thickness,uterus size of patients with malignant lesions are more than patients with benign lesions.%目的探讨绝经后妇女子宫出血所致子宫内膜良恶性病变的临床特点。

方法选取我院2009年3月~2011年3月收治的绝经后子宫出血的92例患者，观察超声检查和分段诊刮及病理检查结果的符合率，比较良性组和恶性组患者的绝经
年龄、绝经时间、子宫内膜厚度、子宫大小等。

结果超声检查结果显示异常74例，正常18例，异常率为80.43%，病理检查显示良性病变12例，恶性病变80例，异常率为86.96%；两组患者的绝经年龄、绝经时间、子宫内膜厚度、子宫大小差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。

结论子宫内膜病变是绝经后妇女常见的疾病，发生恶
性病变者的绝经年龄、绝经时间、子宫内膜厚度、子宫大小均大于良性病变者。
