【摘要】目的：研究瑞舒伐他汀对高脂血症合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者血脂水平、
颈动脉内膜中层厚度和粥样硬化斑块的影响。

方法选取2013年5月至2015年4月医院收治的高脂血症合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者142例，按随机数字表法分为试
验组与对照组，各71例。

试验组患者口服瑞舒伐他汀片治疗，对照组患者口服辛伐他汀片治疗。

比较两组患者血脂水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、C反应蛋白（CRP）及粥样硬化斑块的变化情况。

结果治疗后，试验组血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘
油（TG）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等指标均明显低于对照组，高密度脂
蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；试
验组颈动脉内膜中层厚度、CRP、斑块面积、斑块数量、斑块积分等均明显低于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。

结论瑞舒伐他汀选择性佳，耐受度高，调节血脂效果佳，值得推广。

%Objective To study and analyze the effect of rosuvastatin on hyperlipidemia and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with blood lipid level and carotid intima-media thickness and atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 142 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia compli-cations of carotid atherosclerosis from May 2013 to April 2015 in the hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according
to the random number table method,71 cases in each group. The
experimental group was treated with the therapy of rosuvastatin,while the control group was treated with oral simvastatin. The changes of blood lipid levels,carotid artery in-tima media thickness,C-reactive protein and atherosclerotic plaque were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and af-ter treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,HDL-C was significantly higher than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the carotid artery intima-media thickness, C reactive protein and the area,number and scores of the atherosclerotic plaque of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin has better selectivity,high tolerance,better regulation of blood lipid,which is worthy of clincal promotion.
