教师课堂提问的技能
课堂提问是教学过程中师生之间进行思想交流的重要方式,是沟通教师、教材和学生三者之间的桥梁和媒介。
教师通过提问来激发学生的兴趣,启发学生的思维,引导学生积极主动地探求知识,培养学生的表达能力和思维能力。
善教者必善问,善问是一种艺术,只有"善问",课堂气氛才会活跃,学生的思维才能激活。
正如钱梦龙先生所说∶"问题提得好,好像一颗石子投向平静的水面,能激起学生的思维的浪花。
"在我们的教学实践中,都有这样的体会∶同样的问题,这样问,学生懵住了,那样问,学生会豁然开朗;这样问,可以"一石激起千层浪",而那样问,则会"一潭死水,微波不现"。
原因全在于此。
能否科学地设计出新颖、巧妙、击中重点、触及难点、激发思考的问题,是教学成败的关键。
曾有位教育家说∶"教学的艺术全在于如何恰当地提出问题和巧妙地引导学生作答。

课堂提问后的导答艺术
在提问后出现与提问者初衷相违背的情境时,怎样才能把学生从"山重水复"中引入"柳暗花明"呢?
1.投石问路,摸清"卡壳"症结。
由于师生的文化层次、生活阅历、思想方法等方面存在差异,造成提问"卡壳"现象的原因是多方面的。
需要教师能及时而又准确地抓住来自学生的信息,采取相应的措施进行
现场探测,方可抓住其本质,采取相应的对策去排除"卡壳"现象,以求得问题的解决。
2.多向疏导,各方寻求解答突破口。
对所提问题的思考,常常受学生的生活体验所制约∶课文中表现出来的生活、人物、场景及其所蕴含的内容,不是所有学生都能体会得到的,他们的体验和感悟与答案之间会有明显的差距,而换一个角度则可以取得比较理想的效果。
3.暗示点拨,开启学生思维的门户。
学生思考老师所提出的问题,有时会走入死巷子,仿佛进入"八卦阵",尽管东闯西撞,就是找不到"活"路。
此时,提问者则可采用暗示点拨的形式,给学生指点迷津。
4.触类旁通,从问题的外围入手。
有些问题由于问得太深,学生回答起来就显得难以直奔中心,特别是在有人听课等比较严肃、有一定压力的场合,有时会让执教者急得脑门直冒汗。
面对这样的情况该怎样处理呢?可以采用军事上"先攻克其外围据点,再攻占司令部"的原理,问题的外围入手,然后再向中心挺进。
5.以退为进,降低提问的坡度。
提问时学生答不上来的原因,比较多的是问题提得深、提得难,超出了被提问对象的认识和理解的范围。
6.直观示现,靠形象给学生以启示。
在课堂教学中,,学生对老师提出的一些抽象问题百思不得其解,处于进退两难的境地时,如果单靠老师语言的解说,以抽象概念、抽象的道理来诱导学生认识和理解抽象的问题,学生肯定还是难以找到解决问题的突破口。
而引入形象有时会让学生即刻就心领神会。
7.举一反三,通过示范给学生以启示。
学生面对提问一筹莫展,有一种情况是因为不知道该如何回答。
此时要想达到预期的提问效果,教师则有必要对学生进行回答示范,让学生从教师的示范中摸索和思考解答的路子,悟出方法来。
8. 划定答域,控制思考和回答的范围。
提问时令教师烦恼的莫过于学生回答的是教师所不需要的,而教师提问所需要的答案,学生则一句也没有答上来。
面对这种情况,提问者最要紧的是划定答域,把学生的思考和回答控制在提问所涉及的范围内,这样才可以取得相对理想的效果。
