This English Testing Fee Contract (the "Contract") is entered into by and between [Company Name], with a registered address at [Company Address] (the "Company"), and [Client Name], with a registered address at [Client Address] (the "Client") on [Date].
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
1.1 The Company agrees to provide English language testing services to the Client in accordance with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.
1.2 The testing services shall include, but not be limited to, assessment of English language proficiency, evaluation of grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
1.3 The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the testing services provided to the Client.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT
2.1 The Client agrees to pay a fee of [Amount] for the English testing services provided by the Company.
2.2 Payment shall be made in full upon signing of this Contract.

3. TERM AND TERMINATION

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Contract.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
7.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
